Hello friends!

please help me to understand why my profile is not eligible.

age - 30
education - master's degree
IELTS - L8 R6.5 W6.5 S8.5
work exp - more than 6 years
NOC 1524

funds for 2 more than 20k

I've tried to submit an app several times, but the response doesn't make sense since I've passed the initial questionnaire.

can it be that IELTS certificate number is not valid in general? I passed an exam June 2017, so it's fresh...WES certificate is OK also.

I'm really confused, need your help...thanks.

the response is:

Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express Entry at this time.

Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible: • not having a valid language test, • language test results that are more than two years old, • a language test score that is too low, • not having enough relevant work experience, • not having the required education level, • not having enough funds.

It doesn't have to be stamp paper but it must be certified by the translator.

Follow the instructions below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

Regards
Thnks a lot TanakaM..my educational certificates are in English language. Some of the documents like DOB certificate, documents like appointment letter and others related to job are in hindi language. Do i have to translate all from certified translator? As documents are many!!!

Isn't there any other alternative?

Thanks and Regards

Hi Quanttum,

I would ask you to check your CRS points because based on the language test results that you've share, you fall under CLB8

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

Check your CRS score at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Good luck...

Crs score isn’t considered for admission into ee pool &hence ruled out ...
Plz check if you’ve selected Quebec in the provinces you wish to move to...
If you select that will give the result you’ve got...other than that I too don’t see anything other than may be some error in mentioning funds availability , dates of IELTS test ,ECA etc

Hi experts,

I'm a little bit confused regarding the Proof of Funds: 4 months ago I have a deposit of cash money in my account (1800,00 CAN dollars + 1250 CAN dollars (an interval of 2 weeks)): it's my cash I just put that in my account.
Do you think guys that the immigration officer may ask me about that?

Thx in advance for your feedback!

If there is a substantial increase in the account balance, the officer would certainly doubt the source of those fund. They presume that the premise of such funds might be from loans.

hence it it recommended to provide clarification through Letter of Explanation.

Hi,
You need just to start reading from the page 1 of this thread: all is well explained (thx to the guys here!)
To speed up I advise you to start with the IELTS (Engligh language testing) and also the ECA (Assessment of your credits).
Wish you a good luck!

Hi,

All the documents you have mentioned are not needed at all. For work experience all you need is the reference letter. If you want to submit them you will need to translate them.

DOB certificate is not required.

regards

There is no specific timeline for that. However, by choosing PNP route you are actually committing to settle there permanently and if you move to another state you may have a problem with the renewal of PR Card or Getting Citizenship.

I have asked this question directly from IRCC in the past and I was informed that there is no specific timeframe however in order to avoid any legal complications in the future you should ask for a release from the Province that Nominated you. Some experts say to stay there for at least 6 months and actively find the job and if you can't get it you can apply for a release. In other cases, if you get a job from another state then you can even apply for release within 6 months.

Once you receive a release from Province which is highly probable then you are free to move to any other state. In addition, as a PR you have a right to move to any State in Canada once you have received your PR Card but it is still better to get a release letter to avoid any problem.

I hope this will help.

Thanks a lot Bill

Hi,

My spouse is the main applicant. She scored in ILETS CLB9, BSc - 3-years (2015 passed-out)and MSc 2-years (2017 passed-out) in Nutrition department from India as full time. But WES ECA considered BSc as 4-years full time and MSc as 1-year Post-graduate diploma full time.

She acquired part-time experience as a Nutritional Instructor (Teacher) while studying MSc program in India for 2 years. And currently, she is working in the same field.

Her experience was related to NOC 4021 (Vocational Institute Teacher in Nutritional Department). And also her employer agreed to issue work experience with CIC required format.

Whether CIC will consider this part-time experience or not?
