I open this topic to know if vancouver would be great of IT jobs (not necessarily for IT companies , but could be for banks or any type of companies) , i work as software quality assurance aka QA. For the momemt , live in Montreal with 2 years of experience, looking to move to either Toronto or Vancouver.
I know that Toronto have way more IT jobs than Vancouver, that is normal bigger city , and i have more chances to be called there, but i guess competition is higher in Toronto too , specially once you get the interview .let me know if i am wrong ?
Also i saw that vancouver is in big boom recently , with lower unemployement rate compared to Toronto.
I am a French speaker , my english is OK to advanced , but not fluent (it is one of the reasons that i want to move to an english citcy)
