I used to think PPR followed quickly after RPRF but I've read many posts today from people that paid weeks ago and no movement so a little disheartened now. Still hopeful of getting it by the 6 month though as long as the visa refusal isn't an issue. I was in a relationship back then with a Canadian born citizen in 2003 and was advised to apply under the Family common law class. The visa was refused because we were not living together (not generally accepted in my culture) but the visa officer did acknowledge that the relationship appeared genuine "but did not meet the criteria". That relationship ended a couple of years later and I am now married to someone else and have two kids. I don't think that visa refusal should prejudice this application but it may delay it if they want to do extra checks. It's a little like getting rejected for NOC mis-match I think. No suggestion of having done anything wrong.

Judging by your timeline, it seems LVO is currently processing files transferred in Aug. Mine got transferred in early Oct so I guess it's going to be a while.

There is no rhyme or reason to the processing steps of LVO. To be honest i don't think there is a trend.

It does seem that way. Fingers crossed they move quicker and no one has to wait too long.

For those having ADR about visa refusal, does it mean you didn't give sufficient explanation in your online application because I am aware that there was an opportunity to for that right next to the question of being denied a visa or not (note that am not talking about LOE) or is LVO just trying to fulfil all righteousness by requesting again in spite of earlier explanations?

I did include in my application but maybe they felt there wasn't sufficient application. I tried to give a fuller answer in the latest LOE that I uploaded yesterday.

I had explained it in the application, but I’m assuming they just needed as much details on the incident as possible.

Hi, are you FSW or PNP? It would seem that not all applicants processed at LVO gets this ADR for passport biopage & height/eye colour. I just move to IP2 last Friday (AOR June 05), and so far i haven't gotten any ADR. Please what is your current BGC status?

What reason did they give for not getting your GCMS notes across yet? By my count, your request is already over 45 days.
