Application cancelled today (30th October, 2017)

Hi Folks,

My application was cancelled due to error of visa officer. Reason for cancellation was because police certificate was incomplete due to date.

I resided in China from 2008 to 2014 but in 2 different cities. According to China police certificate rules, u have to get police report from different cities.

I stayed in city A from 2008 - 2013 and attached a police report for this.
I stayed in city B from 2013 -2014 and also attached a police report for this.

Visa officer only viewed police report from city A and said my police report was incomplete hence my application was cancelled.

Any ideas or suggestions as how to go about this as it clearly the fault of the visa officer.
