I joined this forum recently so I didn't get spreadsheet
My application was not linked so my status was all the time in progress ...never got step by step progress just got this email finally got ppr request

My Wife got PPR !!! Celebration time. Thank you all.

- Singapore VO.
- Application received (march 13th)
- AOR2 (May 25th)
- Had to send form IMM5526 (July 10th)
- She received ground mail saying there was no need for Interview (End of Sept)
- Then request for police certificate (Sept. 27th)
- Even if we provided it up front.
So we resent the original one which was still valid and it was ok it seems.
- Then got PPR yesterday (Oct. 23rd)
We did not see the BGC in process, or DM on the ECAS or GCKey status.

Hope these information is of help to others.

Congrats!! My VO is Singapore too...but status are bit weird!! I did my medical in July 27th ,still they are reviewing my medical results.After that they started my BGC in process on 30th August. I didn't get anu update till now My husband send them msg through IRCC form. Feeling down

We are still waiting. Nothing whatsoever has changed on our end. My VO is still working on October 2016 applications

i think first you get COPR once u reach canada after certain time you gets PR

I'm not sure. We just got our passport request, but the letter certainly says they are still in the final stages of decision making. PR definitely not confirmed yet.

Nobody can tell you for sure. All you have to do is declare what you have in your possession. Depends on the size, quantity and price value of the gold, you will have to declare if it's equivalent to $10,000 otherwise, it would just be like a regular property that you have.

To the OP: Research how jewelry is declared to CBSA in the goods accompanying and/or goods to follow lists. I've heard people say that they need photographs of each set of jewelry, its gold content (carrat), gold wait (an evaluation done from somebody in your homecountry, probably a jeweller who will mention its purity and weight), and a receipt of purchase. (That what I remember seeing here, but do your own research).

$ 10,000 cash not gold worth i guess upto 500gm gold taken someone and declare on form ,they dont really check i m pretty sure about it
