Hello everyone here,

I am just the beginner for express entry so my question may sound naive to most of you.
I want to ask whether to include my spose in my application or not? Reason for this conflict in my mind is the CRS points. My spouse is not very competive in english so her ielts score he low. She scored 5, 5, 4.5, 5 in LRWS (in order). By education she has 2 year of diploma post secondary (7 CRS points)

While i was calculating CRS points with her in and without her. With her iam scoring around 18 CRS points while without her i am getting 20 CRS points. I may be wrong in these calculation though.

One option which i can see here is if i apply for only myself and later after staying at Canada (offcourse if i gets PR) for few months apply for her by sponsoring.

What option would be more practical and desired?
PS. I have not yet obtained her ECA.

Still your post is unclear but with the data you've shared I am giving the information to my knowledge...

Make yourself as the PA and add your spouse if your CRS is good enough to get an ITA. In case you lose CRS in border because of adding your spouse then its better to create application individually and sponsor your spouse later. But for this option you should definitely mention the details of your spouse as if you don't mention it may be misrepresentation and you may be barred for several years.

Hi, Thanks CRS score with spouse are 333 and without spouse its 343. Difference of 10.
In both cases your score is low and getting an ITA will be hard. Try to both improve your IELTS. Don't know if you have that option but there are IELTS prep courses you can take to improve both your levels. Good luck

Yes its low score, iam putting hard to score hingh in ielts. This score i have calculated with 6 band for all modules. Before i create EE profile I'll ensure CRS atleast 400. Alternatively how can PNP be sceured? or a job offer.

I applied for express entry on month of July along with my spouse. And my current CRS score is 421. As I am not getting ITA, I was finding another options.

Few days past, I found on CIC website that if I am married and want to go alone than I can apply as a single candidate. As I calculated my points in that way, it's 435. So if I will do that than I have good chance of getting ITA as last cut off was 438.

Before receiving ITA, I can change my submitted express entry profile.

I found two ways to do this. So my question is that in which way I can do it?

First way is withdrawing my profile and than apply as a single candidate.
Another way is just change my answer from 'YES' to 'NO' to question 'You Want To Take Your Spouse Along With You?'.

And is there there any negative consequences if I will do this. If I will get ITA in this way, Immigration officer can reject my profile?

Securing a job offer is next to impossible. You should forget about a job offer as a means of increasing your score and look for other ways (e.g. IELTS).
