well, not really! You should get lucky I guess. I made a payment a few minutes ago and the same thing happened: bank shows it went through but no receipt/email.

Im sorry to hear that arax, I just went paid and everything went fine, however right at the beginning the webpage crashed and then when it reloaded everything went smooth. hopefully you can get your receipt soon

I have a question. I have been travelling to the US since the last 4 years most of the times just to get gas (live very close to the border and gas is significantly cheaper in the states). 90 % of my trips were just for a couple of hours at max. However, I don't have all the dates when I went across the border. How important is this information while applying for citizenship. Should I just state what I believe to be true to the best of my knowledge or is there another way to approach this situation. I am sure there have been other people in the same situation as me. Any input would be most welcome. Thank you.

I actually recommend to those who haven't paid yet to get some sleep, set their alarms for like 4 or 5 am and make their fee payment then. That way, you avoid the server overload issues that have screwed over so many people already.

Guys, In question 9, where we have to fill status. My status for my latest work permit expired after I got my PR so should I write in the 'date of status expired' the date when the work permit expired which is Aug 2016 or when I got PR in 2015?

No problem with the payment - it was extremely slow to begin with, so I switched to French and all went fine. Different pages could be on different servers, so it may be worth a try.

Guys, for exits and entries to Canada, did you also add the one for landing for PR? We used to do a flag poll at the US border and come back to the Canadian border. Wondering if this should be included.

To answer the question, I have included it. If you pull your CBSA record and CBP record, they appear in the list of entries, so I think it makes sense to list it.

Does anyone with a failed receipt issue have any updates? I made two tries with two cards and both failed, no email or receipt yet. If they both eventually go through I have to find a way to get one of them back!!
