It says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
I was also hoping for a DM days after the bg check...

yes true in mostly cases dm after day since bgc starts,i hope u get dm soon and check out ur ecas as well sometime its glitch of system

Hi,
My husband is Canadian and I am Indian. I submitted my application on the 14th of February, 2017. Got an email in April 2017 saying my file has been transferred to New Delhi. GC Key said no interview required and background check is in progress and final decision is in progress as well, but I received an email saying my file has been queued for an INTERVIEW.

It has been 5 months that my file is in New Delhi awaiting an interview date. Every time I email new delhi, they send me the same reply, saying my file is in queue for an Interview Date. I'm losing my mind here waiting for some clarity as GC Key says no interview required; background check in progress we will message you when it's started and final decision in progress. Why is the information on my GC Key so different from what the email tells me?

I would really appreciate any thoughts on this as I am terribly stressed out with this whole process and don't understand GC Key anymore.

Have you applied for your GCMS notes?

I received my notes today, as per notes (updated august 25th) everything says "passed". And as per the final officer's review, it says to send PPT Req letter. Any idea how long it can take for them to finally send the PPR??

I have been called for an interview too but the interview date has not been scheduled. Application submitted in Feb 2017, transfered to New Delhi in April 2017. Awaiting interview date. How about you? Did you get an interview date?

Yeah I'm 2016 applicant .....interview date is 27 this month

Amiara if you don't find anyone who has been to the interview before, check on google/youtube for cic interview questions.
And please keep me posted on your interview, even after you finish it, so I can prepare for mine. Thanks.
