How many days did it take for them to process the prints and confirm they have despatched - their website says 5 working days - are they sticking to it? My status shows in Progress since last Monday (Aug 14)
Fingerprints delivered: 07Aug2017
COC issued and mailed: 18Aug2017

There was 1 Singapore holiday in between those.

Sending fingerprints is much faster than doing it in SG :(

Thanks - so hopefully I should expect something this week - do you know the date when they actually changed your COC status to In Process since they generally take couple of days to update the fingerprints receipt at their end

I think they took 3-4 working days to do that.

Well the thing is, if you do it in person you get the COC on the day of the fingerprints. I now have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to arrive and worry that it might get lost in transit.

Best turnaround is to send in fingerprints by post and get a proxy to pick it up. :)

Hitesh - II am also waiting for request letter for wife's PCC from Singapore - my medicals passed on Jul 21 but no request letter or ARD from CIC to date (quite surprised). I had called CIC couple of weeks back asking about this and the person I spoke to on the phone was kind enough to send me the link to a PDF which you can fill yourself and submit as an official request letter if you have not yet received one from CIC - here is the link

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/PC_LetterA_e.pdf

Basically I am the PA and I had earlier appealed to SPF with ITA and marriage certificate but the rejected it saying request letter is not in spouse name - I took a chance with this PDF above and they approved the appeal and now I have submitter her prints. Hope this helps you and others in a similar situation. I wanted to save time rather than waiting for the ADR after which it will easily take a month looking at SPF processing times.
Hi there

My situation: AOR received, I managed to get Singapore police certificate using the ITA letter. My spouse will need to provide Singapore police certificate too.

So you have managed to get your spouse appeal for SG police certificate approved with this letter? It is strange since it doesn't come from IRCC.

May I ask you what you put under "addresses"? We had quite a few in Singapore but there are only 3 lines for addresses, I'm wondering if you had the same issue.

Thanks
matt

I am just wondering how does this proxy pick up works?

I only see options for personal pick up as below

Are you currently residing in Singapore? : *
YES NO
*Choosing YES defaults the collection mode to self collect.

Folks anyone who got their COC delivered to a local address in Singapore? I revived email from them last Wednesday saying COC issued but it still has not been delivered to the local address - I thought it will be fast and no need of proxy pick up

Any pointers? Do they really despatch it on the day they issue or there is a batch mail? Do they give any tracking number?

You can just send an authorization letter with the proxy and they show their ID or FIN number to collect it

Has anyone managed to get Singapore PCC using the generic CIC letter listed below or does one have to use the ITA?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/PC_LetterA_e.pdf
I wanted the PCC for my wife - she is not PA on the ITA - first appeal rejected where I had given marriage certificate and other docs.

A good hearted CIC agent on the phone gave me the link to this letter. Applied with just this letter - no other docs and they approved the appeal. I received officials aDR last Thursday but this letter helped me save nearly 4 weeks - different story that now I am waiting for the COC to travel 20 kms from their office in the post
