Hi! Magpapatulong po sana ko for my re-application.

1) Not satisfied that the applicant has sufficient funds - Will paying the full tuition fee and purchasing GIC investment will convince the Visa Officer that I have enough funds.

2) Applicant is seeking temporary entry to Canada - Do you have any idea how to answer this.

3) Unclear how benefits of proposed studies will offset significant cost

4) Visa officer is not satisfied that the student is well established. Applicant maybe using this permit application as means to enter Canada for another purpose

5) Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, gap in studies, level of establishment or your future prospect. - I am a graduate of AB Communication Arts and took up Supply Chain Management Diploma in Singapore.

Information about my application:
Course: Project Management (Post-grad)
Current Position: Finance Executive
Applied last July 2017

Salamat po ng marami! Nagpa plano na po ako mag re-apply.

What is the best agency here in Philippines that can teach or guide you on how to get a student visa in vanda easily? Thank you
I have a Canadian- based Filipina IRCIC certified consultant who, on behalf of me, prepared, collected, re-checked, and lodged my documents to IRCC. She is based in Alberta now and is a Canadian citizen. If u want her service, just open my profile and her email is there.

Hi, thank you for sharing amd I'm sorry to hear the bad news. this is the most detailed one I've seen so far, especially numbers 2,3 and 4.
Apart from cash, may iba pa po ba kayo pinakita? Do you have properties under your name? Did you expalin why are you studying and how it will inprove your career? Did you answer bakit sa Canada pa instead of sa home country?

In number 1.), have u satisfied d required documents for proof-of-funds thats stated in the IRCC website?ders dis 'show money' amount requirement inc. 1 yir tuition + funding etc (pls check IRCC website) required for u to be considered as financially stable to study in Canada. Even wen u havent yet paid ur tuition, as long as you show dem that u have d capacity of having a fund (included in ur application) for that, its ok.

Pero baka nga hindi ko napagtuunan ng pansin yung how it will improve my career. I gave a very general statement about that so maybe that's a good point po!

Maraming salamat :)

HI Aronmina, opo. Yung tuition po kasi is 15k + 10k cost of living + 5k extra funds. Will paying my fees in full & purchasing a Guaranteed investment will improve my application? Ano po kaya sa tingin ninyo?

Salamat po in advance.

1) Not convince you have enough funds.
2) This is just a normal statement.
3) Meaning you will use P1,000,000+ and the visa officer is not convince how you are going to get your money back with your "career upgrade education".
4) This is the statement of the VO.
5) You are comm arts grad, current employment is not related from your course.

Most probably you are an OFW who apply outside of the PH. I see this kind of "refusal" from OFWs.

Hi po kapatid. Yun nga po. Paano po ba and enough funds?

1. If I purchase the GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) at pay my tuition in full will that establish my financial capabilities? It means na my funds are all transferred in Canada.

2 and 3.

4. Hindi ko po alam paano ko i prove kay VO to. Kasi na meet ko naman ang funds, I have property din po and may travel din po ako sa mga countries na kailangan ng visa.

5. Based po ba sa experience ninyo, kailangan ko pong baguhin ang course ko? or there are cases na nakakapasa naman kahit hindi related ang course depending sa experience. I am working as Finance but I am also handling projects. I am currently handling my company's ERP Software acquisition, set up and implementation.

Apply in PH and state in the SOP that after you graduate uuwi ka ng pinas.
And other small factors here and there.

Point # 2 - Applicant is seeking temporary entry to Canada - May butas sa SOP mo kaya siguro ganito un comment ng VO. Nag pabasa ka ba ng SOP mo, how many pages?
Point #3 - Unclear how benefits of proposed studies will offset significant cost - May butas ulit sa SOP mo, hindi malinaw un explanation mo after study mo sa Canada, strong SOP is recommended lalo na sa OFWs.
Point #4 - Visa officer is not satisfied that the student is well established. Applicant maybe using this permit application as means to enter Canada for another purpose. - Related sa point no. 3, mahina yun SOP mo girl, need mo dun mag focus at mag pa check ka.
Point #5 - Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, gap in studies, level of establishment or your future prospect.

Hi Kapatid
My wife is planning to take study permit. She had her LOA na from CNC in BC. She is planning to take Practical Nursing- Diploma, she finished 2 course in PH as Midwifery (Grad 1996) and continued BSN (Grad 2011). We are now in the process of completing the requirements for Visa application. She is currently working as Patient care technician sa Riyadh. Thank you, appreciate your opinion.

Hello po sa mga forum experts.. Bago po ako and gusto ko po sana makahingi ng ilang tips para po sa applications nmin Family (Wife- Student, Me Husband- OWP, Son- TRV). Eto po background ng Wife ko;

I would like to ask for some points regarding the application of my wife. She is applying for study permit, she got her LOA from CNC in BC. She will take Practical Nurse-Diploma. She finished 2 courses, in 1996 Midwifery and in 2011 BSN. Currently she is working as Patient care technician here in Riyadh since 2011. All of us including our son is applying with her. My question is;

1. Is her course match with her previous education, as Midwife and BSN?
2. How can we create strong SOP, as you mentioned that strong SOP is recommended for OFW?
3. Do we need to declare her Midwifery experiences?

Appreciate your comments and opinion.

Thanks
