Email from CIC that PR card renewal needs secondary review

Hello everyone, been following this thread and thanks to everyone who contributes to make things clearer for the rest of us... it's been quiet the last 2 weeks, any updates?

no add. docs needed

The above email dated 7 Jun 2017, Application received 31 March 2017, AOR RECEIVED 30 MAY 2017, requested color copy of passport and Personal immigration entry/exit records or movement certificate from the countries travelled. Already complied the request.
Any help on the above would be much appreciated. Thx

What exactly was requested in your case?

I had a similar request stating that my application was in SR, Passport copies were requested with entry / exit stamps. Movement Certificates from countries travelled to were not requested.

Application received / Additional Info requested & SR in early May 2017.. Nothing heard since then.

3. We started processing your application on June 2, 2017.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on June 9, 2017.

I've also received second review processing delay Email from IRCC in June 7 as follow:

So what is really confusing me is that:
1-Is this normal if some one get an Email about time delay based on second review & then in just less than 2 days (I mean in June 9th) his online processing status updates to "Your PR Card was sent by mail in
June 9th" ?
2-If my PR is really approved and sent by mail then why my status at processing time is still in the group of
"IN PROCESS (A decision has not been made yet)". Shouldn't my status be in "DECISION MADE
(A decision has been made at this point)"?

I also called to IRCC phone and after I entered my application number then the automated answering
told that " We are pleased to inform you that your PR Card application has been approved and mailed.
For further information refer to your messages" which I haven't received any message yet.

I really appreciate if someone has any advice for me

Normally if we call CIC the agent talks to you .. how do u get info from automated machine about ur file

Did anybody managed to get urgent Processing during secondary review. If you apply on webfom did they reply to your query in 2 business days. Has anybody got reply from CIC .

Sorry for replying late.
I found the CIC call center number which was mentioned in my Pr status page.
First the automated voice asked me chose a few option about the subject I'm willing to know.I chose the option related to PR processing time.
Then the machine asked me to enter the No of my requesting file which was something starting with letter R following 9 digits.
Then the machine asked to enter my date of birth and finally the message "We are pleased to inform you that your PR application is approved...."
after that the machine asked me to hang on if I want to speak with an officer.

In reply to Ranjan05 , let me tell that I didn't send any web form to Immigration. I just received an Email of second review in June 7th , then
when I checked my PR processing status on the web in June 9th , I realized that my status has updated to " Your PR application has approved and send by mail in June 9th.

But the point is that I still has not received my PR Card.A few days ago I talked with an officer to the call center and I explained him that I'm
confused abut the situation.After he checked my case , he ensured me that based on my web status , the CIC has sent my PR in June 9th
& if I don't receive my Pr within 6 weeks from June 9th then I have to apply for Solmon Declaration Form.

In fact I'm planning to go back to my country in July 9th & since Canada has shut down its embassy In Iran , Getting PRTD is only possible through embassy at Turkey which means a lot of money ant time waste.
I did everything perhaps I can find my PR, including asking Canada Post office but they said normal letters has no track ID and they can't
help me to be noticed if any letter from CIC has been sent to my address.
If I knew that staying in Vancouver for maximum two more weeks might be helpful to get my PR then I would change my flight date but I really don't know does changing my flight date help the situation or not.

they started processing my application on June 20 , 2017 but no further update .
did you receieve email first or did they update the correspondence request first on your application
i am a bit worried about my case . what docs did they ask for .

It was at the same time, I started seeing the application online and received an email at the same time. and that was in June 23rd .
they asked specifically for,Entry/exit records from passport and full passports colored copy used in the last 5 years .

they also requested to prove to them that I have been residing in Canada for more than two years - so I gathered a bunch of documents and one letter explaining my time line in the last 5 years . its received but no acknowledgement of receipt from IRCC yet.
