They pretty much got your app beginning of April. It's only been 3 months! Your timeline is amazing. Some applicants from April are still waiting for file transfer or AOR2. You already got AOR2 1 month ago. Almost no one gets PPR in 3 months, but the way your app is going, looks like you might get it soon. Since your app is in Ottawa, you should start worrying after 5-6 months. You are fine!

People from other VO's can only dream to have your timeline. Next thing you know, you get DM on ecas.

You're doing fine! Click under my name to see our timeline. We have a huge space of time between filing and getting sponsor approval (just over two months) and then between the file transfer and getting PPR (another two and a half months). And we were still within the six-month window for American applicants.

Yes, this is what I mean. Some lucky couples get PPR in 3 months but I will say average for US outland is about 5 months. Do you know how long it was for you from processing the background check to DM or PPR?

The background check started soon after the file transfer to Ottawa, around the middle of March. We got DM June 3 and PPR June 13.

Relaaaaaaax. The online updates are NOT reliable. I know someone who got visa pickup request and then things went into process a couple days later. It's all over the map and not consistent.

How are they not reliable? You would think for something this important they would be reliable

I am worried. Ever other step of the process seemed to go so fast but this is taking what seems to be forever
