Is there anyone who has got nomination from Nova Scotia, PNP Outland and having some kind of similar dates like me as follows:

eAPR- 23JAN
AOR- 24 Jan
MEDS PASSED : 9th February
BG CHECK :
Not Started (9th February)

Your application is in progress next step is background check ( since 6th March)
And till now no updation, not even a single one.
I am not Nova Scotia PNP, I'm Ontario PNP Outland and my timeline is similiar to yours:
FSw e-APR/AOR: 26/jan/2017
Medicals passed: 15/fev/2017
BG: NN=>NS (15/fev/2017)
BG: NS=>NN (02/mar/2017)
New system update (07/mar/2017): Eligibility in Progress
BG: Not applicable

And it's been like this since then, no new updates.
I've ordered my second set of GCMS notes today to see if my file is already in LVO.

Thanks Rohit... My hands are still shivering so taking time in typing...

AOR date - 17/01/2017
PPR - 31/05/17

Rest updates are not known to me... Sorry to disappoint you but my consultant didn't share any update with me, not even BG Check... My consultant forwarded attachment received from CIC.. apart from this I don't have any other mail... I just checked attachment & it's golden one for me right now...

Thanks
Congratulations! That was a long wait for you.. :)

Oh my, I am so sorry to hear that. Must be really nerve-wracking. Have you ordered your GCMS notes to see what's going on. Don't worry, it will end well for you and hopefully this month.

yes id did order my GCMS notes..my notes were generated on 5th May...last entry on my notes was on March24th..the day my BG changed to We are Processing your BG check..so nobody touched my file until 5th May...and my status were as follows

Security:
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Criminality: In Progress
Medicals: Passed

And at the end i had notes from Agent from CPC-Ottawa...notes said everything met..11.2 met...n everything about my job...also said Ready to Finalize...i guess they were waiting for RCMP to get back to them..hopefully they should be working on my security by now...fingers crossed though..

Hello everyone,
Need your views on my timeline:

Category: PNP-O
14th Jan, 2017: AOR
7th Feb, 2017: Relocated to a different country
February Second Week: Med Passed
21st Feb, 2017: Informed IRCC via webform about relocation to different country on work permit and about end of employment previous employer
15th May, 2017: Called IRCC and was informed that application is undergoing security checks.
18th May, 2017: BG In Progress (Not sure if it is BG1 or BG2 since I did not keep a track)
25th May, 2017: Informed IRCC via webform about new employer.
29th May, 2017: Called IRCC and was informed that application is at final stage and I should be contacted anytime (possible PPR)
2nd June, 2017: Called IRCC and was informed that application is with NDVO since 18th May, 2017 and they would take it further. No other information was provided as apparently, they cannot access details for applications once they have been transferred to VOs.

As you guys can imagine, since 15th May, every time there is any email notification, I am checking my emails more eagerly now. I keep coming back to this forum to see if any new PPRs have come on a given day, just to try and understand if application processing is happening for everyone or has stalled.

I know that I am well within the 6 month TAT and also that I may get PPR soon. However, the purpose of this post is to share my timeline, gather your thoughts and comments and just to voice out the nervousness and the sense of desperation this wait is causing.

Having closely witnessed immigration process for couple of other countries such as Australia, NZ, etc., I can vouch for the fact that IRCC is much more responsive. I am sure those who have gone through other PNPs may have varied comments about their experience with respective programs but my personal feeling is, to put it mildly, OINP was a challenge, however, IRCC experience has been much smoother.

I think what they could do to take their program a bit further and to offer greater applicant experience is, automate and digitize the GCMS Notes process. I mean, the process to order the notes is bureaucratic and doesn't really make sense.
  1. I can't order for the notes if I am outside Canada, but third party organizations can do it for me, thus making me expose my personal information to those service providers.
  2. The notes take 30 to 45 days to be delivered after date of generation, which means, that the information lag is at least 16.5% (1 month (notes delivery time) / 6 month (PR TAT) = 16.5% (Information Lag)).
PS: Look Maa, my contribution to the world. A formula which I have named, IRCCPRAID (IRCC PR Application Information Delay) :p:p:p

Jokes apart, so far, the IRCC experience has been good, lets see how they close the deal. Will update you all once I hear more from IRCC, hopefully, it will be the golden PPR email. :):):)

Thanks for hearing me out. Do share your thoughts on your application or my timeline or general experience overall.

Hi Michael...firstly excellent formula..more statistical approach to the process...it seem to me you shall get you PPR very soon...because once the file has been transferred to LVO..it has been seen that it does not take long...so you can expect your PPR soon.. wish you good luckk.
