Give them a call to find out when it was sent for production and if it's been mailed out.

The current normal processing time is 46 days. I landed on 11 Apr and still haven't got my pr card. I didn't report my address until 5 May, so that may have delayed my application. I've just written a case specific enquiry today to ask for at least a reply. I'm not worried but the pr card will be way more convenient than copr in all my future applications involving identity.

Landed Apr 16 called today. Card not even in production. It's been 45 days already.

They told me to call again on Friday. The agent will be able to send a reminder to card production after 46 days waiting.

My background check took less than this... Have no idea why it takes so long to print PR cards.. They hand-paint the cards maybe?

Don't worry mate. Keep up the paitence. We are so fortunate that our journey reached this far. Just imagine the people who applied with us or prior to us are still waiting for PPR. These days the queue seems to be bit high because of huge invitations. That may be th delay and I'm sure you'll have some update soon.
