I think you should ask them in your COC appeal to cover all three periods of your stay in Singapore in a single COC and then hope that they do so. I have done the same.
hhmm..now im concerned..the only period included on my coc is the time im on my employment pass until present..but the time that i entered singapore on tourist pass was not included..

the appeal will allow you to enter a specific range of dates.

Thanks for the info! So we are required to take the medicals only thru this clinics?
Yes only through the selected panel of physician, cause they only have the system called E medical through which they would submit your results directly to CIC.

For non-singaporean obtaining singapore police coc, what's the next step after payment? Will they send an email for details on the collection and will there be a requirement for fingerprint?

Congrats on receiving the ITA friend. You need t wait for them to send u a PDF copy of the information sheet via email. The same sheet that they told you to check if the details are correct. It will show that your blood test, chest X-ray etc are completed. This is what you upload as proof that you have done your medicals. they say it will take about a week for them to email you. But I got mine within 2 days. the results however will be sent directly to CIC via emedical.

Please help me on my police clearance.

I am based in Singapore and have been in and out of Indonesia for business transactions since April 2016 and staying there for about 2 weeks per month until now under visitor pass. To sum it up, my stay in that country is more than 6 months.

Should I get a police clearance in Indonesia? if yes, one of Indonesia's requirements to get a police clearance for a non-citizen is a work permit but I do not have it.

Please enlighten me.

Thank you.

I got ITA and collecting my documents. I have a confusion regarding Singapore PCC. I am going for the fingerprinting tomorrow but I just noticed on CIC below note:

"How to get a police certificate – Singapore
Do I need to provide a police certificate with my application for permanent residence? No. We will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you send your application for permanent residence. You must bring that letter when you apply for a police certificate."

Please share should I upload PCC now or after AOR?

Yes, I got the COC today but they specifically mentioned - no criminal records found till 4th May. I am submitting my documents in a week as waiting for medical confirmation.

Is it ok to have one week of gap between the COC received and AOR date?

Hi I am filling out my application post ITA and have a question regarding some issues with my Personal Details particularly name section.

My name on my passport is written as (surname) Doe, (given name) John. However on my Singapore EP card its mentioned as Doe John (in reverse order) my DBS bank account (that I want to use for my proof of funds) also has the account title as Doe John, but also mentions my passport number.

Everywhere else educational history, IELTS, etc my name appears as John Doe(proper first name last name order).

Has anyone else also experienced the same issue? Any suggested solutions?
