Queries Regarding BCPNP

Hi,

Need your help to understand the two queries mentioned below....

1) Whether advertisement in jobbank is enough or do employer needs to advertise more.

2) The position is for "Other administrative services managers with NOC 0114" but in news paper the advertisement published with wrong heading i.e. "Purchasing managers" but the NOC code is correct i.e. "0114". Apart from this, the advertisement body contains the correct heading and correct NOC i.e. "Other administrative services managers with NOC 0114"

Does this will make any impact on file submission on assessment stage and what we should do to make the understanding clear to the assessment officer.

Question 1 Job bank only is Dead on arrival.Work BC is the primary ad venue and at least 2-3 other web sites or you face refusal for not trying hard enough to fill the position with a local unless you are already working for your employer with a valid work permit.Question 2 This will be an issue if there is inconsistency with the ads.Work BCallows you to edit your ad.Better edit it

Post on Work BC,you are applying to BC not to the federals.You are focusing on the minor details of wording.WORK BC not job bank is federal Work BC is the provincial one.When the case officer questions the ad,just explain
