Proof of funds for Provincial Nominee?

Hello all,

I am currently working full-time in Canada with Post Graduation work permit.

I have applied for BC PNP & Express Entry and received nomination from BC PNP under "Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker" stream.
After that, CIC accepted me and gave me ITA under "Provincial Nominee Program".

Now I am about to submit my application but do I need to show "proof of funds"? CIC's webpage is asking me to upload a file.

If I understand it correctly, this page: cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
Indicates that I don't need to show proof of fund because I am a provincial nominee but there is a note underneath says " Note that this does not apply if you are currently authorized to work in Canada and have a valid job offer."

I am confused and I need a clarification

@BCguy Thanks for your input :)

Since it is a mandatory document. Shall I upload a letter instead? to explain them that I don't need to provide this?

It would be great to see example document / explanation.

Hi everyone,
Same situation here. But how about that first set of information, right after accepting the nomination? There is a field where we need to confirm how much money will we bring to Canada. Even though you can upload payslips/LoE as PoF documents, what did you do with that previous field of the file? Did you put zero? The minimum required? Other suggestions?
tks
