Hi question po at sana masagot ninyo tanong ko regarding provincial nominee with job offer.

Nababalitaan ngayon sa TV mga direct hires, pahirapan na kumuha ng Overseas Employment Certificate(OEC).
1.) Is there a need for us to be concerned na may job offer tulad ng direct hires?
2.) Required sa provincial nominee with job offer ang OEC?

Maraming salamat sa inyong tulong at Mabuhay kayo kabayan! :D :D :D
Unless binago na ang rules for immigrants, well:

1.) No. Applicable lang ang direct hiring requirement ng POEA sa mga TFWs/TCWs kung saan temporary ang nature ng work and temporary ang status ng worker emigrating from the PH. Kaya papasok ang POEA - kung TFW/TCW ka - aalis/immigrating sa ibang bansa for the purposes of engaging in work for a temporary period of time after which babalik ka sa PH.

Under ng immigration process - specifically this program. Magiging eligible ka for permanent residency kasi me job offer ka. Daraan ka sa immigration process/permanent residency application process. After mo dumaan dito ang status mo is actually an immigrant with the intent to settle another country and walang duration ang period of residence mo.

Dahil ang estado mo with a WP is isa kang TFW kahit na under process pa ang PR application mo. Naunang lalabas ang WP mo, at ito ang magiging estado mo pag-alis ng bansa - isa kang TFW/TCW with a WP/TRV - hindi isang immigrant with a PR visa.

Good day,

This email is intended for individuals who registered and attended the New Brunswick immigration information sessions in Manila in February 2017. If you did not attend any of these sessions, do not respond to this email as it does not apply to you.

We have selected a shortlist of candidates from the sessions who have identified themselves as being in one of three specific category of worker:

home support workers (health sector);
food service supervisors and managers; and
manufacturing workers.

Select New Brunswick employers prefer to conduct interviews in Hong Kong in mid-May, 2017. If you would be interested in attending a session in Hong Kong at this time, please respond to this email by 5:00 AM (Manila time) on Saturday April 15th. Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered.

Once you have confirmed your interest, we will be sending your contact information to employers in your sector and, if they are interested in meeting you, they will contact you directly and request for your CVs/resumes. If you do not hear from them, that indicates they are not interested in you as a candidate.

Once we have determined that there is enough interest by employers, and that enough candidates have committed to attending a session in Hong Kong, we will send more details closer to the event date. For now, the tentative dates would be either during the week of May 15th or the week of May 29th.

If you are interested, and are selected by employers, you will need to have an IELTS and educational credential assessment (ECA) either completed or in process by the time you meet with employers. You will need to provide proof of having these documents or proof that you are in the process of receiving these documents.

All travel arrangements and expenses will be the responsibility of attendees. Employers are not responsible for this.

ONLY reply to this email if you truly intend to go to Hong Kong if invited by an employer. We will not be responding to any questions from individuals at this time.

In your response, please place in the subject line the following:

Answer: YES or NO

Sector: Healthcare, Food Service Management, or Manufacturing

For example: Subject line: YES; Food Service Management

If you fail to provide this information in the format described above, by 5:00 AM (Manila time) on Saturday April 15th, you will not be considered.

Thank you and best
