Frequency of ECAS updates

Hey All,

I was wondering if anyone knew during what times ECAS gets updated? It says on the website that it is updated daily, but does that include on weekends? Also what times are the updates made, can they change in the late evening/ overnight?

I'm asking because I only check my ECAS for updates Monday to Friday during business hours and was wondering if there would be any point checking on weekends or in the evening.

Just waiting for my oath letter!

When I kept checking for eCAS around 6am daily, updates from previous day were not captured. One day, I checked in the evening and previous day update was seen.
So, I assume it's updated after 7am but before 7pm.
Did any other notice any other times?

I did my test on a Thursday and when I next checked my status on the Sunday it had changed but I can't tell if it was done on the day of my test or the Friday or even the weekend

e-cas can update any time during the day or night. When there is an update from cic, it takes 2-3 days to reflect on e-cas.
Sometimes it updates and sometimes it does not. Don't fully rely on it.

Check your physical mail/email and obviously e-cas every day.

That's not correct. e-cas can update anyday and anytime

I only got AOR and In Process, both were delayed by one day. My impression was that ecas updates once a day, not sure about weekends.
My ecas got updated on Tuesday and Friday to capture AOR and In Process for Mondy and Thursday respectively. So, I do not agree with the comment above that it updates only on Thursdays.

I don't think that is correct because I did my test on a Thursday and at the end of the day it said in process. I next checked my status on Sunday and it had changed to Decision Made so mine changed at some point between Friday-Sunday.
