In my GCMS notes under agent review he has mentioned in capital letters that NO SPOUSE ECA OR Canadian EDUCATION CREDENTIALS PROVIDED.
I have not done it earlier as I have sufficient CRS score. Whether it will create any negative impact for VO review? Kindly guide.

Dear mika

It won't have any negative impact unless and until you are claiming points for your spouse education.

However, I checked my submitted application in my CIC account & found that even though I also did not claim points for my spouse's education, I still submitted all her educational documents because there was column under "Spouse Documents" section. Wasn't you asked to submit spouse documents while submitting online application?

Can you please share complete agent review so that we can complete idea of what's going on...

I have a deep sense of relief. I sincerely wish the same to each and every one who is still waiting.

I got the email from "CAIROIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" today at 10 AM Cairo time. This was very late at night in Canada. Funny thing is that MyCIC still shows background check not started and final decision not started!!!

Below is the email I received this morning.

Please note that in order to complete the processing of your application, the following documents will be required to be sent as scanned copies by courier:



(X) 2 recent photos for you. Please ensure to provide the photos as per the attached photo specifications.

(X) Your original current passport as well as any other previous passports used during the past five (5) years (in case your current passport does not cover the past five years)

(X) Please indicate your height and eye colour in a separate sheet



You are requested to submit the above documents to our office within (Fifteen) 15 days of the date of this email.

Please note that your immigrant visas are valid until 2 June, 2017. You must arrive in Canada on or before the visa expiry date.

Your visa is valid only if all family members (spouse, common-law partner, dependent son or daughter), whether accompanying you or not, have been declared and examined. You must therefore inform us of any change in your marital status or in your family composition (marriage, common-law relationship, separation, divorce, birth of a child, adoption, death, etc.) BEFORE your visa is issued. Failure to do so will render your visa invalid and will result in the refusal of your admission to Canada as a permanent resident.



Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, 2001 states that all questions pertaining to an immigration application must be answered truthfully and must provide relevant evidence and documents that the examining officer reasonably requires.



Failure to provide the requested documentation within 15 days will result in your application being assessed on the basis of the documentation presently on file. Please be advised that, as the documentation requested in this email is relevant to the final assessment of your file, failure to provide it will likely result in the refusal of your application.
