Nikah nama can not be found letter from CIC mean. that they do not include nikah nama in their application. They know there is no prove it is easy to blame CIC.
When send the packet no one know what inside what missing.

Anyhow, folks I had a question - have there been any cases where someone has sent additional supporting documentation before being asked and their files have been opened earlier than scheduled (i.e. Rukhsati pictures etc.)? Or they have gotten DMs soon after? Or am I living in a fool's paradise?

With the data at hand, have we been able to figure out some pattern as to what files they pick up first and work on them, is it by sponsor approval date or by application receipt date in Mississauga? Or is there no method to this madness.

Just some Friday afternoon thoughts.

I received GCMS notes...its very long few pages ...I don't know what I am looking for...anybody have any idea

Guys, I would suggest you "be positive". Everyone here has some experience which is different for every individual because everyone has different circumstances. I just follow what I see in the checklist and submitted my application accordingly. Please don't waste your energies in the debate. Be friendly and kind to each other and let's move on. You won't find any such discussion on any other forum so please avoid it on public forums. You are not only representing yourself but your country and I request you to not argue with each other as you are the expert. Just try to share your experiences and always go to CIC website you will find every answer in sponsorship guide follow it, please.

This form majority is creating a negativity about the application.
This is not helpful at all for those want to apply for sponsorship or
already applied. Everyone here talk about blame on CIC.

These applicant do not tell what they did wrong in the application.
Me myself and my other friend applied in proper way we got passport stamp.
or some of them are going to be soon.

But here people just blaming on CIC , That will not help to process their application faster. CIC do not care what you think they go by law and document and proves.

First of all, i have zero care what you saying and what you believe.

And 2nd thing never assume some one education or abilities.

If you have better than someone good for you but nobuddy cares.

3rd thing when i talked to cic on phone i told them things according to their law and it was 1hour 30 min conversation and they went to their senior and at the end admit its their fault.

And how i know their law and how much i know and why i know about law in canada i believe i don't have to tell you or prove my self to you.

I talk where i need to talk..

Hope Mr immigration officer (in dreams) i gave your answers.

By sending additional documents assuming they (additional documents) are well consistent with what has been sent earlier.
It may not speed up (if the visa officer is satisfied with the file "what you have already sent") but additional documents may avoid delays (if an important document or information was missing). The file could have been delayed because of that missing information "you mentioned rukhsati pictures". Rukhsati pictures are considered as important part of the application.
I feel if we are sending some additional documents then there should be a reason behind e.g visited spouse (update my application with proof of visit).
If we want to send e.g. the rukhsati pictures then may be in the covering letter we should mention why we are sending pictures now (may be we can say, learnt about the importance of the pictures from the forum).

i would say don't send any documents until they ask.

However, if there is some thing you forgot to send with your file then send them with explanation letter (why you sending them later)

Or if you have some additional documents which can support your case.

for example your spouse visit after your file submission then YES.
