I already sent 2 EOIs in June and August, will send one more soon. I haven't received any answer yet. But I know that some people wait for longer time, like 8 months. And finally get ITA! I guess, it's difficult to tell the timeline with PEI, to my mind they are unpredictable.

Right now, they are only responding to people who have strong connection to PEI. E.g. Employment, relatives or previous studies/visits.

The reason being, there were so many inland applicants in the month of Aug/Sep, so they are hardly responding to outsiders.

I can't comment on that. I would suggest to send the EOI to PEI PNP, and wait for their interest. They keep your EOI on file for 1 year.

Hi skaler,
we can't comment on whether your NOC can be selected by PEI or not.. there is no specific list or mention of demand NOCs on PEI website..
you need to send one page EOI pdf to PEI immigration by email and wait to see if your NOC is of interest to them or not.
