Carleton University - Winter 2017 intake

I actually do not know the exact fee for carleton and windsor univ. I am assuming around 5lac INR per sem plus another 5.5 lac for GIC so i think my parents can manage first sem fee along with GIC money without loan and the rest will be loan.
What about you?
Also, do you know decision timing for concordia univ. Its been 8 weeks since i have heard from them.

And personally, I don't know about Concordia. But Concordia is weird. I had read somewhere on this forum that they even gave a decision within 2 weeks of receiving documents. So you may want to contact the university and ask about the status of your application.

I applied in July end and LORs were completed around 12th Aug.

Ya me too applied in late july. My status changed this week only. Carleton takes most time among all univ. We will get a decision in late oct or early nov.

ok thats good. But i think living expenses can be covered in canada by part time work infact many of my friends haven't taken a single rupee from their parents except tution fee.

And no i haven't heard from both manitoba and sasketchwan yet.

Yes I've heard that too. What kind of work do they do? Do you think it will be easy to find a work matching our program?

No nothing matching to our work as part time . For that we have co-op option i.e paid internship as part of our program.
Part time work can be working in a warehouse or in mcdonalds or some superstore as such. They pay 11.25$ per hour as base rate for part time and we can work 20 hours a week during college time and full time in vaccations.
It takes time to find a job but it is not that tough speciallly in ontario.
Also, i have applied for a pg certificate course of 1 year in sheridan college toronto as i think it will provide more strengthning to my field.
