I apologize for the delay in reverting back. I am in India until August 23 and the internet here is painfully slow. Although, I have upgraded the connection at my home, I don't have internet access when i am traveling, except the sluggish 3G. If you post a question here, please be patient and I will get back to you. If you have anything urgent, send me a PM and only in extreme cases you can send me an email at manmeet@msrai.com

Please be mindful of what is urgent and extreme. I understand that you are stressed and the wait is killing, please be considerate of my family and social obligations. Earlier I was planning not to answer any questions during my stay in India, but I realized that would be unfair and I will try and answer as many questions as I can, depending on the internet connectivity and my schedule.

Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation.

A few of you have sent me GCMS notes. If I have not reverted back, please send me your notes again.
Just sent you my notes, thanks again for the job you do on the forum

You are on the right track. I am not sure what your profession is, but do look into other provinces and their nomination program. Apart from that, you have covered everything and all you can do no is wait. Your CRS score is good and it is highly likely that the CRS score will drop and you will be invited. It's just a matter of time.
Given today's draw cutoff being @ 538, potentially may drop to 481, but guessing i should prepare for a worst case scenario so will look into the PNP route to get the additional 600 points as you suggested. My NOC is 0213 and i would be looking for IT Project manager jobs (previous experience is mostly in financial sector - banking etc..).

Given that i have read CIC seems to be asking for settlement plans for those going through PNP, thats why i was looking at Ontario mostly. Couple of questions to help point me in the right direction (while i start my research on the sticky PNP thread) :
1. Since OINP might open up again later..... will i automatically receive a nomination/invite as soon as they open up as my EE profile is in 'open status' with a score of 481 ? ... or would i have to take any action now to ensure i get the invite/nomination from them.
2. Any suggestion on other PNPs i should look into right now based on my NOC ? (Note: i do not have a job offer/LMIA, and probably cannot get one)
3. what happens if i accept a PNP and start process of applying and in the meantime cutoff drops and i get an ITA through regular EE..... can i just stop my PNP application midway (and forget about it all together) and accept the ITA and proceed with regular EE ?

Hi LegalFalcon,

I just notice a minor mistake on my COPR

I landed on 10th August 2016, All the immigration stamps shows 10th August
Even in the Section on "Become P.R on" date on COPR is 10th August

However, in the bottom officer has stamped 9th August, 2016

How to address this issue kindly guide me.

Thanks in Advance

Such mistakes are common. If your COPR shows the date of becoming a PR as August 10, then you are good. The bottom section where the officer signed does not matter much. If you want to get it changed, send a CSE. They may ask you to just ignore it as long as the information on your PR card is accurate. They may also ask you to contact your nearest CBPA post and get the document rectified.

But do not lose your sleep over it.

Ontario picks the candidates from the pool, there is nothing required from your end.

2. Any suggestion on other PNPs i should look into right now based on my NOC ? (Note: i do not have a job offer/LMIA, and probably cannot get one)

For other Provinces, they have their websites. Look at each one of them and follow the instructions in case they have your NOC as one of the codes they are looking for in their provinces. All check the forums on the PNPs.

3. what happens if i accept a PNP and start process of applying and in the meantime cutoff drops and i get an ITA through regular EE..... can i just stop my PNP application midway (and forget about it all together) and accept the ITA and proceed with regular EE ?

Once you are offered a PNP you have to accept it before it will be reflected on your EE application. Even if you accept a PNP, you can surely remind it or withdraw from it if you get an ITA without a PNP. There are issues that you will have to tackle with being a PNP such as living in the nominating province after entering Canada which might not be something you may be interested in. So be very careful in accepting a PNP.
Hope this helps!

Hi Legalfalcon
Please can you advise me
I am SINP EE I was rejected in July 2016 by IRCC AS I did not include a letter from my employer which listed my duties. I created a new profile and asked the province to revise my nomination to my new profile
I have now received ITA From IRCC, but my NOC 2211 is no longer available, in that NOC 2211 is no longer on the SINP demand list. My nomination certificate is still valid till January 2017
Do you think I will be rejected by IRCC based on NOC no longer in the demand list
Hope to hear from you

As long as your nomination certificate is valid, you need not worry.
