Hi,
I got my GCMS notes and having some problem with my ECA.
It looks My ECA and PCC are in next review. I had submitted my ECA, done from IQAS in may 2013. Just now I have seen somewhere that before July 2015 IQAS was not valid for CIC Immigration.

Here is the extract from GCMS notes:
***AGENT REVIEW-EDUCATION*** Please note review required for CRS points. ECA provided for PA was issued prior to the date of designation. eDoc: xxxxxxxxxx EDUCATION DOCUMENTS NO ECA OR CANADIAN CREDENTIAL PROVIDED.

DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW: CLIENT INFO POLICE CERTS, EDUCATIONAL DOCS: xxxxxxx

Should I do my ECA again and submit via CSE before rejection? I might not have enough time to redo my ECA and submit in time before next Agent will review my file.
Or CIC will ask to upload ECA again?
Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Hi everyone.

Can you guys please help me with my GCMS notes?
Here is my situation; I applied as married with non accompanying wife, CEC-Inland, and AOR 03/17/2016.
As per my application notes it seems like the officer added my wife as accompanying and recalculated my CRS. Here are my notes transcriptions;

MEDICALS: Valid Results in GCMS for ALL APPLICANTS
RECOMMENDATION: Review REQUIRED by Officer

NOTES 2 (05/14/2016)
It appears AAAAAAAA had been disassociated (reason: duplicated) but left as accompanying; and BBBBBBBB set as non-accompanying. I have set the latter as accompanying, therefore there are now 2 potential visas in the application

The UCI listed as BBBBBBBB is my wife's real UCI, but AAAAAAAA I have no idea what is it. Can you share your thoughts about my notes? Do you think I should send a letter explaining that my wife is not accompanying me?

I can't answer your question but I have a few queries that might help explain what happened. "All Applicants hold valid status in Canada". Where does your wife currently live?

Dear all,
I would like to have an idea about the CRS points with my following situation:-

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering graduated form Malaysia on 2014 , Since then I have been working in my field as Engineer and same time am taking full time Master Degree course ( its full time because all the classes are conducted after working hour or at weekends).
At the end of 2017 (which I intend to apply for EE) I will be having 3 years of experience of "full-time" job experience and same time Ill be graduated as "full-time" student from Master Degree.

My question is : will they count for me both the experience years and education level as master? or they might have an issue because both of them in same time and both are full-time?

Your reply is highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Can you re conform it is IQAS or ICAS ?
As far as my knowledge ICAS is valid and it is degigneted for foreign education assessment by cic since 2013.

In my verification letter they mention am full time students ,, Never mind
in case of this , they will count for me the master degree and years of experience even-though they have been achieved in the same time?

they should, unless it'll get perplexing to have full time job and full time study simultaneously?!

That what am afraid of , because this university doesn't provide part time but full time with classes after working hours or weekend , and am worry they will not understand that.

How did you prove your spouse will leave Canada? I am trying to understand how an officer would accept an unaccompanying spouse when she already resides with you in Canada??

I got your point, am not a specialist, but the concept of accompanying is physically accompanying or accompanying on the application. I allays tough that CIC cares about the application itself, as per CIC Glossary Accompanying family member means: A spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or dependent child of a dependent child (grandchild), who plans to immigrate to Canada with the principal applicant. Accompanying family members are included on the application.

The office might have agreed with you, but why my wife was duplicated anyway?

Hi all,
My application was refused last month due to difference in Primary NOC Code and my FSW NOC Code. I got my RPRF back. But my agent had challenged the decision of cic. And today after a month my agent calls me and tells me that cic have sent a request for RPRF back.
what does this mean?
will i still have to wait for 3-6 months more? as my previous application took 6months and then got rejected, and my security and criminality check were already done.
does this RPRF request means that my profile is now eligible?
Always i want to know if everybody gets the same format for RPRF!

Dear PUJAN,
This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the
Class for which it was submitted. Admissibility review (security, criminality and/or medical) is still
ongoing; you will be contacted if additional information is required for that purpose.
Before we can approve your application, we require payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
(RPRF). You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF must be
paid once for yourself as a principal applicant and once for your accompanying spouse or common
law partner, if applicable.
If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay
the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following
these steps:
 Go to our Online Payment webpage
 Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
 Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
 Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490
 Click “Submit”
 Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with Visa,
American Express or Mastercard.
Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must upload a copy of your receipt to your MyCIC account.
The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you
choose not to use your visa.
Your response to the above requests is required within 7 days.

please reply and let me know guys. its been a long long wait.
Thanks

I'm finding it increasingly hard to understand CIC these days! Why all these late rejections? Its really strange...what is stranger is the fact that you are supposed to get a procedural fairness letter before the actual rejection which doesn't seem to be that way again.
