Since you have LMIA, did you apply for Express Entry???

i can apply in EE but for that I should have one year supervisor's experience. The prob is my experience before two years i worked as kitchen helper then third year i got supervisor's LMIA. I will have to wait unitt my this Workpermit finished. After that LMIA will be finished i may not gey enough points for EE. So

oh okay...mine is under food service supervisor. It will take so long. My Workpermit will be expire in January.

Ainp asks for wcb what actually they need the employer account in good standing or they want the coverage for the worker who has applied for the ainp

what happens when ainp sponsoring employer is fined by social justice court regarding mishandling a employee.
Will a candidate might get a rejection as he has nothing to do with a case ....

Hi guys! My workpermit will be expire in two months no ainp(employer driven stream) yet applied in march 2016. I asked my consultant he told me that they are aproving pnps whoes work permits are expiring soon! So worried idk what to do next... can't even apply for EE.

Its tough to give advise in this situation convince your employer to apply for lmia and get new work permit.if you here anything from ainp please update.

I applied under EDS NOC 6311 and applied on Jan 29. Got my file no no update after that

Yeah my employer already start the process for new lmia. But idk how long does it take ...bcoz last time it took..6 months(lmia).i not 100%sure for lmia they will approve or not coz my employer applied for two Lmia for supervisor positions. Im already on supervisor position one another guy he was kitchen helper but now he will supervisor's too. get So depressed.

In another AINP thread, I've been seeing people who applied for EDS 2016 getting nominations. Most of them, their work permits were expiring spring 2017. I think AINP is working (processing) faster now..hopefully they get to yours soon.

I too have a short time, work permit expiring June 2017. Really crossing my fingers for EE before the year ends.
