My notes say my file was transferred- reason eligibility.

The eligibility still says not started

And paper file says Registry PS.

Any thought?

ImABlue when you have time check my first replies to members from page 1 to 15 of this thread, you will learn a lot since I am not responding to questions like I used to do. There are 2 types of Eligibility; first is the sponsor. After he or she PASSES eligibility, ACTIVITY SECTION will show Eligibility: Transfer. We know where there is word TRANSFER it means file is being sent to the visa office, until activity shows RECEIVED BY THE VISA OFFICE.

The other eligibility is for PA.

Yes, I already recieved SA 2 months ago. The file has been at SVO since then. When I recieved my notes the PA eligibility said not started but in the notes it also said the file had been transferred (after it being recieved by SVO) reason being eligibility.

What I was wondering is if it was transferred back to CPC-M for final eligibility assessment for PA, why does it say not started and not in progress.

I'm aware PS is pre-screening.

yesterday i got an email from the visa office here it what it says please note that me and my wife already send proof of return before with our application such as job offers and letter from her family says that they expect us to stay with them without paying them till we get on our feet and get jobs to rent our own house. but these letters had dates i wonder that's why they asking for more? or they want different proofs we were planning to send job offers with new dates but does the job-offer need to be notarized and a letter from her family says that they gonna let us live with tthem till we get jobs and find a house to rent. Also there was a facebook chats between and her family that is months old saying that she can't wait to go home is that enough cause we sent these stuff before with our application but had dates

Hello everyone, my 2nd gcms came in yesterday and a lot has happened on my file since last August I sent additional docs to vo.
e-doc was sent on 2may 2016 and incoming bank statement on 16 may 2016.
Activities/sub activities :verification
Also saw medical updated .I just hope MR comes in did June

Can you pls explain me what does this sentence mean and my sponsor haven't receive nothing since 14 may 2016 if they returned my all original documents is this a good sign pls help me out in this matter I will be grateful to you

Can you pls advise how much time LVO usually takes in "Back Ground Security Check" after re-medical? My re-medical was done on 12-May-2016 and through MP we came to know that my file is under "Back Ground Security Check".

I'm still waiting on this. I just posted a question to this thread. I wonder if you know the answer to this. It's really confusing and having waited for 13 and a half months I'm now really frustrated because I can't understand what's going on with my file.

The reason why I asked the question if you lived in Canada for more than 6 months is because you mentioned about Security Screening which does not apply for somebody who never visited Canada before. I believe your Security Check up is already completed but Security screening is relating to check your conduct while living in Canada and different government agencies are involved. You might want to wait until that is completed then CIC will issue your visa.

OSU looks like a department.
I don't think it is a bad sign in case they did not call you for interview or send you a letter of fairness for you to explain why they have trouble continue processing your file.
