Dear Skywalker
Dont HEC and Boards deliver sealed docs themselves??? or we need to request them and then we will send via couriers service?? infact i went to baord and theere was person who qouted me all charges like verification and courier too...so its lil bit confusing...
Yes board will send their sealed envelop by themselves. While HEC will give you sealed envelop and you need to send it.

Hi,
I'm new on this forum, I have just completed Electrical Engineering from Isb, and interested to apply for it after getting 1 year job experience (in 2017 or 18) I just need to built up my self according to it, can any one here guide me ? CRS 450 seems impossible even after 3 years of experience and does PNP LMIA requires job? If any one knows all the rules and eligibility please drop me your whatsapp number ill call and discuss.

Attempt IELTS and try to get CLB 9 (L8, R7, W7, S7) as a minimum. Hopefully u will be able to cross 400+ score and then go for Provincial Nominee Program.

Even after CLB9 I'm unable to get 400 after 1-2 years of experience, calculate it yourself

If you are applying as principal applicant and you score high enough to not need your spousal points (50 max - out of which 10 are for language test I believe and other for education and experience), then your husband won't need to take language test.

But if he is the principal applicant OR if you do not score enough and need points, he would need to take test in both cases.

Update: Express entry is not really occupation based now (as long as your occupation falls under skilled jobs category). It is based on score. You can do a rough calculation online too and get an idea upon providing your profile. It takes into account many factors like age, education, work experience, language test scores, Canadian education or experience etc. If you score 450+ points, you have a high chance of getting invited. If not, then you should consider other options e.g. trying to apply for a provincial nomination.

Salam,

I worked in UAE 4 years ago. And in case of ITA, I will be requiring SHARJAH PCC. And I just checked on google that they mention Profession on PCC. Visa issued to me shows a different profession than the one I worked in. My occupation is different than the one mentioned on my visa.
Will this be a problem?
What can be the solution of this problem?

I don't think profession on police certificate is relevant as long as you have documentation for proof of actual profession i.e. on the visa

Profession on police certificate will be same as on Visa. That is why I asked the question.
Actually in Gulf, this happens to a lot of guys that company issues a different occupation visa than the employees' actual field of work.

But I ve documentation proof of my Actual Occupation in form of Reference Letter, Appointment letter, pay slips & promotion letter.

That won't work likely and at best would be really hard to get along with.

I do understand things like that happen in Gulf and other parts of Asia. And there are actual reasons behind i.e. a mechanical technician would have quite similar looking duties compared to an engineer. But their entry requirements for education, background and compensation would be way different. Places like UAE do this to exploit them i.e. pay engineers some what better than mechanics and still classify their visa as such.

For places like Canada - an occupation on visa is a major thing.

Have you any experience ? or it is your assumption?
As just today I have talked to a person with same issue (his occupation on visa was different than his NOC). He got his PR in 2015. He was never asked about this difference.
