I have a question about VOs

My primary Office : CPC-Ottawa
Secondary office : CIO

Will there be more transfers ?

My eligibility says : Recommend passed , will it be verified again at another VO, I mean at my local VO?
Just read the whole thread, though some one said it is all the same if eligibility = Passed / Recomm. Pass but my file is not yet approved by a Officer yet.

Guys & Gals,

I ordered my GCMS notes, some time back.

Under Assessments, my eligibility was "Met".

Can anyone elaborate what is the difference between "Met" and "Passed", for Eligibility?

Thanks
Based on my GCMS notes requested before PPR and another requested after my application was approved & closed I deduced that a Case Agent designates eligibility as "Met" after reviewing your file and is satisfied, then forwards your file to a Case Analyst who designates eligibility as "Passed" if satisfied with previous review who in turn forwards your file to Visa Officer for final decision.

No one knows for certain how IRCC works but this is what I could extract from my notes. Hope it provides a bit of clarity to those wondering.

In one of my earlier profile, i accidentally submitted one of my job experience starting from May instead of January, i later deleted that Work exp and withdrawn profile lol. Do you think it could be a problem for my new profile ?
Profile changes show up only if your profiles are updated under the same EE application number. If you created different EE profiles (deleted older and created a brand new one), then only changes within a specific profile show up.

Hi guys,
I have received my notes few hours ago. Requested on the 9th of May, generated on May 11th. Would be glad if you could leave your feedback and comments.

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:

Well, since few hours ago I had never seen "Recommend Passed" till I read MrTee above. I don't know what's the difference with passed and met, but I think that if a review has been or will be required, the case analyst leave his comment on eligibility as he recommends passed or not. Or may be it is the nomenclature that prefers each agent (Met, passed, recommend passed). MrTee, if you don't mind, could you tell me the code of the agent who worked on your 11.2, so may be we could know something on it.

Having analysed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the application, I have made the following recommendation: ANALYST RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Pass A11.2: Appears met 75. (2) FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Appear met 76(1)(a) SELECTION CRITERIA- FSW POINTS: Appear met FSW points total: 75 Ready to finalize RPRF: Complete Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) CRS points at invitation to apply (ITA): 461 CRS minimum score for round: 461 Current CRS score: 461 I have reviewed the following for CRS points: PA gained points as Single at ITA and APR PA gained points for 3 years foreign work experience with *******: . No trace other than present application.. No adverse information. FAMILY COMPOSITION . Single; Never married; . No indication of previous marriages; . No children indicated.. All MEDS valid for 3 months or more.. All PASSPORTS valid for 3 months or more. ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT OFFER: 0 Primary Occupation: NOC 1111 Financial auditors and accountants 75. (2) FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Appear met Aug2011 to Aug2012 — *****— at ******eDoc ******Submitted reference letter dated 31Dec2015 confirms applicant's employment in declared occupation throughout specified period, and describes duties which are consistent with the lead statement and main duties as set out in the selected NOC category.. Reference letter confirms full-time employment; 1 year of full-time work experience have been accumulated. WORK EXPERIENCE: 9 ADAPTABILITY: 0 FSW points SETTLEMENT FUNDS . More than CAD$12.164..

Finally I have noticed that my R10 has been checked very late (On 21/04, so more than 3 months from AOR), don't know why because at the first check (on 12/01) everything looks ok.

*** AGENT REVIEW *** Meets R10 Requirements POLICE CERTIFICATES All police certificates on application;

And here is the first comment at the 12/01/2016

REVIEW TYPE: Support Service Agent APPLICATION: E********* REGULATION: FSW I have reviewed this

EXPRESS ENTRY - APPLICATION SENT FOR R10 REVIEW MIN Score: 461 - ITA Score: 461 PRINCIPAL APPLICANT APPLICATION PROMOTED: New UCI Created REVIEW NOTES FOR REPRESENTATIVE: NO Representation MEDICAL ATTACHED TO UCI: Yes CLIENT FEES: Paid PA HAS CANADIAN EDUCATION CREDENTIALS: No PA HAS ECA WITH ACCOMPANYING FOREIGN CREDENTIALS: Yes LANGUAGES: Principal Applicant: - English: IELTS - Received: Met Threshold and Verified - French: TEF - Received: Met Threshold and Verified DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW: EDUCATION, PROOF OF FUNDS, POLICE CERT

Last activity on my application has been on the 30/04 with A11.2 review. File has been assigned to another agent with a due date 29/05/2016. Did not receive any ghost mail at that date nor on the 30/04/2016 when A11.2 has been performed.
Would like to ask you if I should send the revised report of my ECA or no. In fact, As I read many people arguing that to claim two or more degrees, they should be written on the summary, I asked WES few days ago to update my report writing my two degrees instead of one (two bachelor's indeed) but now I see from notes that my ECA has been accepted without problems and my two degrees taking into account. Shall I inform CIC or you think the file moved and no need to it.

^ I think no need for you to resend the ECA at this point, as long as you reached the FSW 67 points and you correctly declared it as one bachelor degree in your original APR. It should be fine.

That's also what I implied from the "Recommended Passed" designation, and that's also how it's explained on this FCS forum on GCMS: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/gcms-notes-well-explained-has-never-before-until-now-t390292.0.html

My R10 also took 3 months after AOR. A11.2 happened 1 month later.

I have sent you a PM for the code.

Mine is almost like yours,

AOR + 3 days Support Service Agent
AOR + 6 days AGENT REVIEW
AOR + 7 days transfer to CPC-Ottawa
AOR + almost 4 months ANALYST RECOMMENDATION

Next is Officer and Security ::)

Hello Friends,
I received my GCMS notes on 3rd June (ordered 3rd May) and this is what I could make sense of
Last update 31.03.16
App in progress
Criminality passed
Security Not Started
In the officer notes they have said ECA is consistent and what I have selected is in line. And R10 is OK.
Can anyone please let me know what is the difference between
A) Criminality and security since the former is passed and latter one has not yet started
B) When do they check my Work experience? After how long
I have provided them all requisite details in the letter
Your response will be highly appreciated thanks

Overthinking :p Loads of people have withdrawn their profiles because they have included incorrect information or their status has changed since they applied...none of this counts unless its done under the same EE profile number and file number ;)

I submitted my application on 7th of March and ordered the first GCMS note on 27th of May. I looked at my friend's note but couldn't really understand who investigates our work experience? Is he/she an expert of the selected NOC? I mean how they can decide whether someone's work experience and duties are consistent with NOC? 8)

They usually do three types of check, based on my understanding:
1. They check your reference letter against the job description in your selected NOC
2. They compare your CV job description/job profile with your selected NOC description
3. They call you and ask you questions about your role in any specific organisation that they are trying to decide fits the NOC you've nominated

They may also call you in for an interview if they want to do a complete thorough check...

Hope this answers your questions. Cheers!

A) Criminality is the checking of your police certificates from the different countries you ave lived in. Security check is to make sure they check your conduct and background at your workplace and the database of your country of citizenship for minor records like driving tickets and stuff (not criminal, but related to security)

B) There is no specific order from what I can tell...sometimes they check work experience before security. The only thing for sure is that Medicals and Criminality are checked first and everything else follows.

Hope this helps...keep your patience...good luck! Cheers!

They might even call the employer which is the most idiortic scenario..........by the way if they dont have our cv what would they do, my qualification is masters in IT and networking, bachelors in computers, will they be convinced if my exp is in databases.

cheers,
