Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You can try calling CIC and asking about the update. I got a similar update last Monday, it was a holiday so I called them the next day. Getting through to an actual agent isn't very easy, but I was lucky on my second try. The agent told me that the update didn't mean anything, but she was able to tell me that my application had been approved. A couple of days later I got another update message and the application had changed to Approved. Around a day after that I got a message in My CIC saying that the application was approved and for how long. Today, I got the work permit in the mail. Whole process from start to finish takes around a month if everything is ok.

Hi guys, I am sorry that I don't know how to create a topic in the forum. Could anyone give me advice about my situation here please? I am sitting at 478 points now, my work permit will be expired on June 30,2016.If I don't get ITA before that date, what is the best way to keep my status in Canada? Thank You Guys in advance
You have to apply for an extension before June 30th, you will be considered legal until decision is made (A temporary resident must apply to extend their period of authorized stay before it ends. If they have done so, their period of authorized stay as a temporary resident is extended by law until a decision is made [R183(5)]. Such a person is considered to have implied status as a temporary resident during that period.) You can read more about it here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/visa/validity/implied.asp
