Good morning all . Thanks for your support and congrats to those who have gotten ppr . please I need you to advise me on the best and safest way to inform CIC that I have another baby recently. What are the necessary documents that I would need to upload while notifying them . my Aor is Jan 31 .

Hello guys, I got my ppr April 9, sent my passport April 12, it got Accra April 14, up till now I have not gotten the pick up message. Mycic account has been closed and approved since April 23. Is anyone experiencing same problem? is there anything to be worried about? pls I need your advice. I sent them an email on May 2 to know if my document is ready for pick up but no response. it is exactly 3 weeks today since my passport got to accra

Congrats on the arrival of your baby. Raise a case specific enquiry, u will then have to upload the baby's birth certificate and international passport. I hope the POF submitted will cover for the child too, if not u may need to update ur POF. Also get ready to pay his/her application fee.

Raise a CSE to CIC and inform them. I suggest u do that after securing baby's passport and birth certificate as they will give you only 7days to submit them. They will guide you as to how to go ahead. Give you some forms to fill. Pay processing fee and send the baby for medicals.

Some persons here had the same issue. Check your junk folder or your spouse email. They should reply to your email soonest. Probably a communication error.
