Hi to all,

I just need some clarification po on how to apply for MPNP, meron na po akong sponsor sa manitoba she's actually a friend, kaso I dont know po how to start. nabasa ko po na dapat gumawa muna ng EOI and them submit it, pero ilang beses ko na po tinatry ayaw po mag open ng site to create a new user, and lastly kasi po undergraduate ako sa college, sabi kasi dun sa grid ng qualifications ilang years natapos mo after secondary education which is naka 2 years po ako kasi undergrad po ako ng nursing, please help me salamat po.

RPRF: Paid thru online and soft copy of receipt sent via email to CEM: April 5, 2016 (ECAS not yet updated)
Additional Document (Singapore COC): Inprocess (ETA: April 13, 2016; to be send to CEM via VFSglobal Makati on the following day)
