AOR in OCTOBER - let's get together

Hi Seniors,

I have a question regarding inconsistency between EE profile and submitted application. I would really appreciate it if anyone can share your opinions.

I created my EE profile in August 2015, in Work Experience section, the content is like below:

Primary NOC Code: AAA
Work History:
1- Company A, Work as NOC Code AAA description, more than 1 year, till present;
2- Company B, Work as NOC Code BBB description, less than 1 year;
-----
Back then, I thought I should provide as much information as I could, so I put work history 2 here although it won’t be calculated into scores and it is not my primary job type.

After I got ITA, I searched for previous threads about work experience and luckily got help from many of you seniors, I realised that if you are not claiming points by one job, you don’t need to put it into work history, you can put it into personal history instead. And that was what I did. I uploaded experience letter PDFs for work history 1, and just described work history 2 in Personal History section(without proof letter).

However, some ppl mentioned in a local IM group that it could be risky to have difference between EE profile and submitted application, and it is safer to upload experience letter for all the jobs I had/have.

I haven't find specific case like this in the rejected reason thread yet. But do you think it is safer to initiate a CSE to add experience letter PDFs for work history 2?

(BTW, I submitted application in mid October, medical was received a few days later, but no update or ghost emails since.FSW outland)

I would definitely CSE them the letter if you put it in the work history. Risky thing to do though cuz some agents just assume experience has been included in your score and reject app. Then you would have to CSE anyway and wait for a month for them to reopen and back to square one. Better do it now.

I thought these officers would just check the submitted application instead of initial EE profile, thanks for you advice, I will add CSE them now and explain the difference.

Well, there are multiple officers touching each application so better safe than sorry. One question, though.. didn't it open an upload link when you included that experience? How did it let you submit application without uploading anything there?

As for the CSE, according to my GCMS notes it first goes to a call center where the agent assigns to a respective agent who has been working on your app's relevant field. E.g. in case of educational credentials it would be forwarded to an officer who has been investigating your educational documents. Depending on when you submitted the app. yours is probably at completeness check phase so it would go to centralized intake office and be counted for during R10 review. I would order GCMS notes about 7to10 days after CSE as well.

No, in my case, there is only one piece of job description(job A) in the submitted application, and in the uploading PDF page, there is only one button to upload PDF for this job A. I suppose the uploading button is depending on how many entries you have in work history section.

Seems like the best approach! even my 5th month will start in 2 days & no update since AOR. No schedule A request, no ghost mail, no progress...nothing!! This wait is becoming damn frustrating :

Same here. Almost 4 months completed for my PR application (FSW Outland).

No update, no clue after the medical got passed on 15th October 2015

Hi guys, I received my GCMS notes today and I am confused. In the second page under ASSESSMENT, it says

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: In progress
Medical: Passed

It mentions due date as 2016/01/05.

In the last pages, under NOTES section, I have reviews for
AGENT REVIEW: R10 OK
PROGRAM ASSISTANT: All looks ok in this section

Then it says file transferred due to reason Workload re-distribution. According to the notes the last updated date is 2015/11/06

The assessment says most of my things have not started even though notes say it is fine. :-( I am so sad to see no progress on my file.

Stream: EE-PNP
Schedule 4/4A request: 22nd Oct
Submitted: 23rd Oct
Ghost Email: 31st Oct

There were two work entries in the pre-ITA profile, but only one in the PR application form, so there is only one upload button in the submitted application.

I am not able to find my application status in the Check application status tool. I submitted my application on Oct 22. Medical passed, eligibility and background check in progress. Is it normal?
