Landing in Calgary Office

I am planning to do landing in Calgary office as well, just a few blocks away from my office. Still waiting my passport and COPR from CIC before making an appointment with them

You might want to call them ASAP for the appointment coz they take 3 weeks to give a date for it. Oh and please update here also.

How long did they take to respond to you? And did you get a phone call or email?

I called CIC @ the call centre, they took note of my request and a couple of days later I got a message on my CIC and an email from the Calgary office!

If I'm not wrong they have to if they are included in your application, but don't quote me on that, wait for someone who knows for sure!! ;D

When exactly did you call them? It's been a week and we have had no response yet. They said It'd take 3 weeks to get a response :/

As for the family thing, how do we find out if it's necessary? Because in our case one person is there and the other is not, and the dependent cannot do the landing/formalities before the principal applicant. So hence the idea is for the principal applicant to do the formalities at the office so the dependent can land.

I haven't received my passport back, so I cannot make an appointment.. Do you guys think it is better to just flag pole in the border than waiting for appointment?

Should I use the Call Centre phone number (1-888-242-2100) to make an appointment for landing or is there local office phone number available?
I checked everywhere and could not find any info.
Also, can we call before getting passports with visas back or only after?

There's no local number, just call the toll free number!

I did call them to make an appointment, They said I needed to wait until I got my COPR.. so yeah, don't bother to call them now
