Dear all,

My son's PR is in process at Delhi office and yesterday I got an email from them asking to submit my son's birth certificate, my (sponsor) employment letter, pay stubs and NOA. It is mentioned that "please forward this to below mentioned address.." however no address was mentioned in the email. These docs were already submitted but I am not sure why they are asking again, however from other posts I see it is kinda normal.

Now my question is, how do I send these, do I need to send the hard copy by postal or I can upload online using "case specific request link"? Another doubt, for birth certificate, do I need to send original?

I searched through forum, found similar questions but nothing specific as to how to send this. If any one has similar experience or has suggestion please let me know

Thank you!

Hi

Reply to the email with the documents attached. To cover your bases, you could also mail copies (not originals) to the VO. Ask on a New Delhi thread for the address.

Thank you, that make sense.

I should have said that, below the line "...send to the address indicated below" I have this line:

PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

I called CIC agent and she said the same, I can respond to the email and also may be use "case specific inquiry link" and if anything else they needed (like original doc/hard copy etc.) then CIC will get back to me again.
