Are there any Indian software companies that can get you a job from india once you have PR? Since it would involve them not filing visa and saving cost. it can be a win win for both.. just wondering if anybody has tried it.

This is a good approach and I know a couple of people who were trying it out.
However, if you have a arrival date set and you have the contact of Indian companies in Canada before hand, you can setup the meetings before leaving India.
I am not sure if anyone will be interested in giving an offer if the arrival date is not in near term...
