Hello Seniors,
Can anybody help me in knowing which all provinces are still accepting nominations at this Tim of the year.

I would like to apply as my CRS scores aren't high enough.

Thank you.

I have never applied nor received a PNP Expression of Interest, and I may be wrong but I think from what people on this forum are saying that Ontario is still giving out PNP's.

Seniors please corect me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for your prompt response. Yes I think Ontario is still giving out nominations.
How about other provinces. Is it a good advice to apply at this time of the year or wait till nominations open fresh next year?

I really don't what the application process is like. I thought it was just about ticking the boxes for the Provinces you were interested in living in and then waiting for them to send you an 'Expression of Interest'. From there you download the forms and complete the details. From what I understand your EE profile is shared with the Provinces that you express and interest in living in.

I could be wrong though.

Here are the links to the various PNPs, where you can find out eligibility requirements, application criteria, & whether the programs are currently open or not:

This provincial nomination is completely decided by the province and each province have their own way of selecting the nominees. To become eligible to apply to Ontario your profile score needs to be 400 and above. For British Columbia, you need to have a permanent job offer. Alberta never started their EE provincial nomination this year. Sask has already stopped intake for this year.

So you can focus on the remaining provinces like PEI, NB, Manitoba and NS. If I were you, I would start looking at the requirements for those provinces and start applying to them to get a nomination. You can check these links

Manitoba - http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/mpnp-for-skilled-workers/expression-of-interest/
PEI - http://www.gov.pe.ca/immigration/index.php3?number=1052516&lang=E
NS - https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/
Nb - http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating_and_settling/how_to_immigrate/new_brunswick_provincialnomineeprogram/New_Brunswick_express_entry.html

Hope this helps.

Thanks alot Mohan. This indeed helps.
How long does it take to get nominations from the provinces. And do they all process via the EE route?

Each province has their own way of selecting the candidates. For example, for PEI, we have to fill a pdf form and email it to them and you can apply only when they consider you as an eligible candidate. For Manitoba, you would have to create a profile in their provincial website and they would have draws like EE draws once in every few weeks and select the candidates and you will then have to apply for them. For NS, they have a list of occupations / NOC who can apply. You would understand the requirements, when you read those links.

The time factor depends on case by case basis. But compared to the previous years, the current PNP process takes less than 3 months on an average.
