Hi everyone

I really hope someone can help me. My mom is in pakistan right now and her PR card had expired. She applied for a temporary travel document in islamabad to come back to canada. It's been 11 weeks now and no response yet. Does anyone know how long it takes and is there anything that ca be done to expedite the process since she is diabetic.
