My latest update was "Medical results have been received" on 14 October.
Ecas still shows "In Process", no sign of ppr yet.

Yeah, i really hope we could get some news before Christmas.
I know yesterday many applicants of HK VO got their ppr/pickup letter.
Some of them got their AOR mid of July 2015, so it only takes 4-5 months for them to finish the process while cic website still showing the processing time of HK VO is 20 months.

I guess you will receive yours earlier than mine, Ottawa v.o. processing time is 15 months while Abu Dhabi is 19 months...

Hi everyone,

I got my CSQ in July and applied for permanent residency in August. The application is received in Nova Scotia on August 13th. It has been more than 2 months and I haven't heard anything from the CIC and I have not received AOR. So my question is:

1. Does any of you applied in August and still are waiting for AOR? Or did you get it already.
2. For recent applicants, I want to know how long does it take you to get the AOR???
3. Is there anyway I can send missing documents after I sent the application? (Not sure if I missed any documents, but I just want to know in case)

Please help me. I'm going a bit crazy now and I'm scared my application will be sent back!!!!!

My friend applied received AOR on Nov 3, 3 months exactly after submitting his application. The 3-4 months criteria is still solid.

I applied on Aug 10 to CIO. My credit card was charged Oct 25,2015.

Great to see that all you have crossed major part and some have completed this long journey but im just starting, am in a budding stage towards quebec immigration

recently got news that through qsw is accepting application till December 2015 and till march next year.

Please guide me on this have several doubts on this

1. Is it french is mandatory for this
2. what are the first documents to be submitted for this
3. will there be an interview once the application is filed over skype or a direct interview in chennai .. im from chennai

Interviews are not common. *IF* an immigration official decides you need to be interviewed, it will be in person, and you will be notified well in advance.

I want to apply for me and for my wife, no kids. so how many points should we have? Did Quebec change the point system in the ongoing intake or its the old calculation. Thanks Luc22. I just got my second set of GCMS notes after a gap of 2 months. Still my processing is stuck at "Security: Not Started" and "Criminality: In Progress" since June 26th 2015. It has been 4 months and 12 days since this status. I wonder what is the difference between Security check and Criminality check. The distinction will clarify where is the bottleneck. Whether my y home country authorities doing delays in providing clearance or something else.
