Hi
As i am an international student living in uae , can i apply for a studying loan in canada to take it as a finan ial support to apply in the embassy .

Your question isn't completely clear. If you are asking if a bank in Canada will give you a loan - the answer is no.

You would have to obtain the loan either in the UAE or from your home country.

Thank you but is it ok if i take loan from a uae bank ?
is it a type of tie that i will come back after finish the studying period ?

I suggest you to take a loan from your home country.
