This is yet to be seen. A couple of people have been given their csq's recently so I will like to believe so. You will not hear about missions much any more because this score was recently eliminated. To get your CSQ all you need to do is pass 49 points as a single applicant while reaching 57 as a couple. However, this new rule only applies to persons who have not yet been referred to francization or given an intention to reject. This being said it is yet to see how those persons that have been referred to francization (like myself) or intention to reject would be treated. This is an election year, Canada as a whole will go to the polls on October 19th, 2015...so we can expect anything...

No need to send any document with this, it is only declaration form. They want completed and signed with date only

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. I am currently preparing for Quebec OCT 2015, which is about to open in the next few weeks. But, i have couple of queries in filling up the forms. Need help from the seniors.

1) Do we need to fill the form A0520 separately for both Primary and Spouse? Kindly confirm.

2) In my case, I am the primary applicant, employed and have more than 10 years of exp, and have 62 points. But, my husband is taking care of his Father's business and doesn't have any proper documents with him. And he is not filed tax as well. He is B.COM graduate (1998) and Recently, he did diploma in Accupuncture therapist (compelted in 2015). So I am going to mention as unemployed. Will i be in any risk in not considering for the CSQ?

I want to know whether we get module vise points from TEFAQ or not. I've got B2 level in TEFAQ 2014 and we're short of 4 points to get 57. So, I m planning to give TEFAQ Listening part again next month. Please advise if I give only Listening module exam, and achieve B2 level, my points will be considered or not.

lebanoncase ... Why do you want to leave your Job .. u didn't receive yet your CSQ, so you're still at the first stages of your process and you still have couple years to go before moving to Canada!!!
I'm from Lebanon too and I waited about 4 years and half to get my visa ??? :

Why/how does he have no documentation of this work/no tax files? Is this legal in your country? If he is not required to file taxes in your country, you can obtain & provide confirmation of this.

His B Com degree will not gain any points for your application as it's more than 5 years ago.

If he were genuinely unemployed, there would be no problems. I don't recommend lying.

You have stated that you applied under QSW, not the investor program. Hence the sale of your/your family's business should not impact your application.

You also state that you received AOR in August 2014. If you look at the official processing times:

you would be looking at hearing news about your application sometime in 2017.

Hi harmanteg

ref in Francization happens when they indicate you do not have enough points and they allow you time to reach a higher level of French within a certain time period say 12 - 18 months, because your file is attractive. To qualify for francization you need at least a B1 level and it is up to the discretion of the person handling your file to award you 12 or 18 months to improve your French. failing to improve within the time given, your application will be closed.

i am new to this form, i have BSCS degree and completed it in 2008, i have been working as a free lancer for about 4 years and then i joined a software house, so i can produce tax income letter only from my software house, now what about freelancing how can i get tax income for it, or should i just leave it as it is

i will be mentioning it in my application but i have no proof for my freelancing.

secondly can someone just jot down, basic materials required to send and at which address.

can someone please guide me in the right direction.
