I will raise a CSE about my visa office. I'm from Vietnam and normally my visa office is in SIN.

Why? Do you live in Canada? What is you Federal VISA office on your CSQ?

Yeah, i live in Montreal, i think the assignment of VISA office depends on your current residence address

Congrats to all who they changed their online Ecas and they're waiting for news ..
As of me .. I am still waiting to ask me for my passport to stamp the visa ..
I hope they will do this soon, as I am leaving for 1 month (End of October till End of November 2015) to USA .. so I'm afraid they send me the email while I am out of my country ??? :

You will have an access to the status of your application by logging in the ECAS system, using your UCI/Application Number+Date of birth+Last name+nationality

I received my AOR from Sydney and not from Ottawa. This is what usually happens. You will however receive your medical request from the VO taking care of your file.

The reason why the VO on your CSQ is different from the VO of you federal application is because these are two completely different ministries. The CSQ is issued by MIDI (Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion -> Provincial government of Québec) and the federal application is being processed by CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada -> federal government of Canada).

My CSQ was issued by the MIDI office in Montréal, my federal application is currently processed in Ottawa. Why Ottawa? Because I am applying from within Canada. If I still lived in Germany the VO in charge would be Vienna. Hope that clarifies it.
