Hello,
I post here because i would get expert here. You already pass my situation.
mapsora , You are in a very dangerous situation. Quebec government is very strict about document format and mostly gives one more chance to get it right. They reject CSQ applications very often on these grounds. My sincere advice to you will be to get a lawyer ASAP. Based on my experience, I will recommend "Campbell Cohen Law Firm Inc." They are based in Quebec and mainly deal with Quebec based applicantions. So they are well educated on what Immigration Quebec wants and in what format. They will know exactly what to do with your case !!

Good luck :)

Hello,

I currently live in Canada. Suppose at any time in the future I decided to leave Canada. Can I do that while my application is under processing, and once it is finished, I will come to Canada for landing? Is there any problem in this situation?

Thanks

I don't think there should be a problem. As long as you have a temporary permit and a valid visa, you may enter and leave Canada any time you want. However when the time comes to submit passport for PR Visa, I think you should be physically present in Canada and the return mailing address should be Canadian.

I have all that is required already, but do I need to notify them, or all the correspondence is via email and hence it is not necessary?

Thanks

I did a bit of research and could not find any legal citing for an obligation to notify CIC for change of address in case leaving Canada Temporarily while PR is in process. If you ask for change of address which is outside of Canada, they might think you are moving out of Canada permanently until your Permanent residence application is approved. In that case, they might transfer your file to the local VO of your destination for the remainder of your processing.
Having said that, in matters such as these, its always better to get information from as many sources as possible. So its best to call CIC as well explaining your situation. But in your call, do emphasize that you plan to leave Canada Temporarily and that you have valid permit and multiple entry visa and you intend to return within that time frame.
Also if you leave without a job, and if you are unlucky enough to run into a grumpy VO upon entry, he might ask you for proof of funds for your temporary stay and also some sort of proof that you will leave Canada if your application for Permanent residence is rejected for some reason. So best is not to let him know you have an application in process, unless of course if he asks.
Also if you do decide to leave, then make sure someone checks your mail regularly, in case they do send something through regular mail.

It is temporarily in the sense that I am coming back when the application is approved. I will check about this, and hope someone who had the same situation can tell us more about this.

Thanks

Hi,
Until now, I did not receive any information from visa office yet. As my visa office is SIN, their processing time is quite so long. What is your visa office ?

Wow congrats. You got AOR relatively faster than most of us. Good luck for the rest of the process.
