Travel after test and Oath Came

A question to ask. I gave my test and travelled to my home country to celebrate ths holy month. My Oath has cone. Is it safe to call cic and ask to extend the oath date?

Honestly, it can be so hussling after you call them and all the issues that might rise after that. I will just get a flight ticket, go get my Oath done and get it done with the Canadian citizenship... I would have avoided if I was in your place. You can always go back to your home country for the holy month next year...with your canadian passport...

Would they check the passport again for stamps?

My advice is go back to Canada to take the oath. Calling and asking to extend will complicate things and you will have to wait months to get another date. It's ok, EID comes again next year. Ramadan Karim

Rush and go back and take the oath otherwise expect long delays and than regret.

do not wait any longer ? am suffering my case now pending since 42 months.
