hi all, I am in the process of creating my profile. I just want to make sure if I cannot really get a point in the "CRS Human Capital - Canadian Work Experience" if I am outside Canada. I have more than 10 years of experience in one particular NOC only. Kindly please advise. Thanks in advance.

As the title indicates, you will get points for that factor ONLY if you have demonstrable Canadian work experience.

Of course, with your experience, you can claim up to 50 points under the Skills trasnferability factors provided you have a high English assessment score.

Can anyone tell me What will be equivalency?

I have completed (4 years Program) BACHELOR OF SCIENCE in ELECTRICAL & (2 years Program) BACHELOR OF SCIENCE.

Actually, when i was doing 2 years BSC program, i have completed 4 years BSC program then i had applied for ICAS they issued me report. my equivalency is 4 Years Bachelor's degree.

My question is that now if i will apply for 2 BSC Degree for equivalency in ICAS then what will i get equivalency???
Please help me!

Acknowledgment of Receipt. You will receive it after submitting all documents post receiving an ITA and only if CIC has evaluated your application to find that it meets all eligibility requirements of the program that you have applied to under EE.

Fees paid for WES but documents to be forwarded by end of June after attestation

Using the point calculator score of the Canada immigration site - My score is coming out to be 404. Do you think there are chances for this score for getting through in 2015?

Queries:
Any suggestion for any provincial nomination programs (We do not have any blood relatives in Canada; neither have been to the country before)
Should I take help of some consultant/Is it equally good to follow the process yourself?

You have chances in OOPNP provided the primary applicant has at least a Bachelor's degree. But you might want to hasten things at your end because the OOPNP has a quota of 2700 for this year and there is considerable demand for that program already.

Getting a regular ITA at 404 doesn't seem likely for the next few draws at least because the CRS cutoffs have been consistently high since mid April and even then the cutoff fell only till 453.

If you have 400+ CRS score, OOPNP suggests itself. Read other threads on this forum and decide for yourself.


2. Should I take help of some consultant/Is it equally good to follow the process yourself?

Not needed. Entirely your choice. People usually do this to have someone handhold them throughout the process and clarify doubts where required. This forum does serve that purpose largely.

3. Can I apply for multiple PNPs - Using both my spouse profile as well as mine?

Yes. Though having 2 profiles is redundant because one of those will have a higher score than the other and each will have to mandatorily include the respective spouse anyways.

Ive got 414 points( R,W,S-8 , L 7.5) and i m going to sit IELTS again soon ,,, to increases it upto 474............
is it better to apply now or wait for the next IELTS result ?
And can I update my online application even after submission?
I am NEW ZEALAND resident , does it make any difference to the selection process.

Based on what you have indicated here, you appear eligible for EE under FSWP. In addition to the above, you also need to show POF as required in your situation to be eligible for PR.

How ever based on this i uploaded by profile on EE, and got the message that the profile is ineligible.
Pls guide me my next move as with out the profile being ineligible i can't register for job bank as well.

Secondly, I want to submit for ECA to WES. The documents required are :

One transcript.

Is that right?
Do they need multiple transcript copies?

Hi i'm not sure if there is a thread for this already, but I have received my ITA and I am getting confused by some of the replies on the forum.

Can someone point out the detailed step by step procedure after getting the ITA?

I have the following:

All experience letters
Proof of funds
ECA document from WES confirming my degree
CELPIP scores
Police Clearance certificate

Will I have to do my medicals before I apply? Will the application be completely online?
How exactly will I receive the AOR? I am on implied status in Canada right now when exactly can I get a BOWP?
