Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

What are official academic records?
Official academic records/transcripts or statements of marks are documents showing all courses taken and grades obtained by the student, sent directly to the CES office by the issuing educational institution. We recommend that you carefully review the Required Documents by Country of Education webpages to determine the academic documents you will need to provide for each of the completed credentials you would like assessed. You may use the Request Official Academic Records to have your former university send us these documents. NOTE: It is the client’s responsibility to make this arrangement. CES cannot order these documents for you.

ALL official academic records must be mailed from the issuing institution in a sealed envelope to:

Note: If these documents are submitted by the applicant or another party, they are not considered to be official, even if they are submitted in a sealed envelope. All documents submitted for assessment become the property of CES and will not be returned. Official academic records issued directly to CES by the institution will not be released to the applicant.

Brothers,
1. what are the basic steps to get WES.. like matric, Inter, Bachelor and master degree.....
2.one more important thing is, what about our degrees i have done 2 years Bachelor degree and Master degree? i mean during applying Immigration it will be consider Master degree or bachelor because of 2 years program?
3. And i have also 1 year and 2 year diplomas program from local institutes in Pakistan do i also need to get WES for these diplomas? and i saw in WES Pakistan's institute list this local institute is not there....

1. Go to WES Canada page and click "Educational Credential Assessment for CIC" and create your account. Your fees will be deducted when you provide your Credit Card details during the account creation. You will receive your WES Reference Number which will be used to write on all the documents to be sent to WES.
Then download WES Academic Records Request Form and go to your respective Board office with this form and your certificates, for verification of matric and Inter documents. The board may directly send these documents in a sealed envelope to WES. The process may take 2 to 10 days.

For degrees of Bachelors and Masters, you will need to get them verified from HEC and put one set of verified photocopies in an envelope and get it sealed from HEC. Put this sealed envelope in another envelope and send to WES through courier.

2. 02 years master degree after 02 years bachelor is equivalent to Bachelors Degree (04 years).

3. WES does not verify the certificates issued by the institution not mentioned on their website, so you don't need to sent such certificates.

As Mentioned in WES Web they will check online status for HEC attestation; so we need to give them the Username & password of Das.hec.edu.pk ?

No You never need to give your credentials to WES or anyone, they will check it themselves.

Yes, for sure, because you need a reference number from WES to mention on the forms to be attested. You can get the reference number by paying WES fee.

I sent my degree and transcript attested/sealed/ and stamped but they rejected my documents with following error. My documents were online on HEC status. Please guide

The degree/diploma that is listed on the academic document does not match the HEC attestation status. Please note that the degree and mark sheets we received do not match with the HEC attestation status. Please contact the HEC and have them enter the correct information for your academic history.

Take ur attested documents to HEC and ask them to check the stamp numbers against the degrees in their system. Sometimes they mixup stamps e.g. Stamp that shud be on bachelors degree/copy end up on masters and vice versa. It seems in ur case as well. Just visit HEC nd they will sort it out

Has anybody availed HEC attestation services from Gerry's International?? since I am not residing in Pakistan, can anyone share how awas his experience with them and also the processing time?

HEC website (attestation guideline document) mentions that applicant must pay as follows:

c. International charges by means of Gerry’s Courier Services, Islamabad but not by OCS Courier Services @ Rs=2200/- (for one student attestation) excluding HEC attestation fee as mentioned at 2.2 (a & b).
d. Return Courier charges Bank draft US$ 18+12% Fuel Charges+GST/-
e. Bank Draft for the cost of attestation fee in Pakistani rupees. (According to the number of documents)

I believe since they are charging USD18, then it must be through normal Pakistan Post. I dont know how long it will take to reach here in Dubai.

Application through WES :

I am intending to apply through WES. can anyone help me out with a way to send attested documents directly.
What i understand from previous threads is:

I need to get Matric and Inter Certificate & Marks Sheet verified by the respective board.
I can apply for both simultaneously, hence, will take around 15 days in all to get it verified.
I then need to go to IBCC to submit the verified copies (which they will keep it) and they will attest the originals and also on copy (not sure about this step).

Most importantly, how to send the documents to WES directly (I do not want to take risk of sending it through board, I dont know how long they will take)
1. Do I need to send in 2 separate Board envelopes (one for Secondary and other for Inter, together with IBCC attested copy and WES form)?
2. How to arrange it to send it by myself? Can anyone share the name of any person in board office who can help us out to give two envelopes and also stamp WES form and envelope?

Awaiting your feedback on the above.
