Anything may happen dude, never loose hope.
Yeah I know we should never lose HOPE, But what would be your and all other people opinion?
It is really nice to see people helping out each other and I really appreciate your response to my post. So when did you apply for EE and what is your score?

I guess it is too early to predict something about 300+ score.. next 3/4 draws will be important.. Once it comes down 400 to high 300s, then it will be really tricky as most of the applicants are in between 320 to 370, I believe and drop in points will be minimal in each draw.. anywayz.. we need to keep our hope high and can't lose patience.. :)

ok one question guys. According to the CIC website it states that a valid Job offer is:

"A valid job offer has to be:

- for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
- for work that is permanent and not seasonal,
- skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
and either:

a) the employer making you the job offer must have a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment from Employment and Social Development Canada OR
b) you are currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on a Labour Market Impact Assessment, and
- you are working for an employer listed on your work permit,
- you are authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued, and
- your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job if you are accepted as a permanent resident.

In other words, your job offer is valid, whether you are working in Canada or not, if your current or prospective employer:

- has made an offer to give you a full-time, permanent, non-seasonal job if you are accepted as a permanent resident, and
- has a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment from ESDC.
The only time the employer making you the offer does not need to get a new LMIA is when you are already working for them with a work permit that is based on an LMIA."

Now so this is what I understand please tell me if I am right. Lets say at the next or any upcoming pool selection I have more than the cut off points without a "valid job offer" (as per CIC) from what i hear it is very hard to get a LMIA. Will they pick me even if I don't have a "valid job offer" only based on points. Will that mean I will be allowed to immigrate to Cannada without a job.

Very confused please help.

Guys I am a Graphic Designer with 3.5 years experience.
I have done my BFA - fine arts ( 4 years course)
I have not worked or studied in Canada.
I have not taken my IELTS yet but I think I can crack it. My English is good.
I come under NOC B.
I am not married and am 27 years old.

Now the question is do I qualify for express entry FSW,

I gave my profile to an agent for assessment they charged me 500 INR for it and said I qualify but the CIC website says otherwise. I am confused. I don't want to get my hands dirty paying for ILTS and ECA if I don't even qualify.

Hi
I am from Cuba and I have a question about the reference letter. I have been working for almost 2 years for a business man who lives in the USA. We make together a website which launched in the last January. We communicate by email all the time, that´s how we work.
I will like to present this as a proof of work experience and he is willing to make the reference letter but he always sent me my month salary by Western Union to my wife´s name because she works close to the Western Union´s office and she is the one who have time to go there.
What can I do? Is it totally necessary to present proof of the payment or can I mention the amount of money I earn and put all the details to contact that man in case of doubt?

Thank you for those useful informantion
I would like to ask about the educational credential assessment
Is it required for the spouse to get the points of education in comprehensive ranking system, or ECA is mandatory only for the principal applicant
Thanks in advance

I had a question about Steps after receiving Ita.
Once ITA is received do we have to send hardcopy of ielts, eca, job reference etc, or just upload soft copy of the same?

Can someone who has responded to ITA respond please?

As per the information provided, you need to upload softcopies of supporting documents..

Hi,

Is it possible to get a lower score by CRS even though calculation from the CIC points chart shows higher? I have calculated my points based on the chart given on CIC's website, but when I opened up my express entry profile, CRS assigned me lower points. There is a difference of about 60 points, which is a lot! Any reasons as to why this would happen?
