Medical is getting expired .... should send a new one or wait for CIC notice ?

Hello all..my medical was expired on 6 Feb as per notes...actually it was valid upto 23 Jan....but they extended upto 6 Feb and now clearly mentioned in notes it was expired..not got the Remedical letter till date..can I go for medical without Remedical request..what's u r opinion..thanks
