Guys for those people whom their application have receieved on December and still have no news about charging money from their account.I called CIC now the very polite lady checked my application status and told me there are many applications which have not been processed yet and the reason is the high volume of applications received at CIC on december so the process for these people takes more time in comparison with other months.she said if it was rejected you would have be aware earlier .Mine received on 23 Dec

It is possible that a person's job description matches with two or more NOCs.

So it is also possible, that h/she sends two apps for two nocs for the same job and duration. This can not be misrepresentation.

Specially in managerial roles, have you not seen positions such as, Manager/Head - Finance and Corporate Affairs, or Manager HR and Public Relations?

Well it is possible for an overlap - eg 2172 Database Analyst and 2171 Information Systems analyst have many overlapping job duties.
However cant even this be seen as a misrepresentation? Cant they legitimately question, why have I filed once under 2172, and then claimed the same years as 2171?
And they'd be right.. I am not sure how can that be explained as anything other than misrepresentation.. this is the very meaning of misrepresentation.

No news so far (which is good news too).
All we know is that one Dec 4th got charged last Friday Feb 20th (CC).

Oh this info gave me some relief, Thanks for posting mate. Even my application reached CIC on 22nd Dec 2014, But to this day there is no charge on my CC. By the way in which NOC did you apply?

the only option we have is to wait to see what will happen.My Noc is 0113 .she said there are many applications in cic which have not been processed yet because of the high numbers .so dont lose hope mate
