How to know whether one is eligible for the EE, I was under the impression that everyone was allowed and no caps are there.
If I save and submit the profile and application, can I edit/modify it. Or is it obnoxious as WES Registration (which doesn't allow modify after completion of the form)
What is the ref. no., how to obtain it. How to register with Jobbank, what is ref. no. they ask, how to get it.

How to gain a Job Offer Letter (Those who know the method)
and
How does one get Training Accreditation for the Collegiate Programs done for Provincial Recognition, Is there any additional scores for that.

Although there are no caps, there are still eligibility criteria you have to meet. You must meet eligibility requirements for any one of the following; FSW, CEC or FSTW.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/candidate.asp

They have a tool you can use to determine your eligibility.

I had exactly 67 points with the previous year program.

But when i check through
http://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/eapp.do

My entry results are shown as ineligible.

And how do one register with JobBank what are those Ref. No. they ask.

Have you got your IELTS/other language test results already & ECA report?

To be eligible for FSW, you need minimum 67 points + minimum CLB of 7 (IELTS score of 6) + minimum of 1 year skilled work experience. If you studied outside Canada, you will also need to submit an ECA report. If you are not meeting one of those requirements the system might show that you are ineligible.

Registering with jobbank is a step you have to take after creating your profile and becoming an eligible candidate. Once you register they provide you with a reference number. However, jobbank registration does not affect your FSW eligibility.

Fortunately, I have a previously done ECA and IELTS Score Above CLB 7, but the above mentioned online assessment shows ineligible. There are lesser chances for me to improve any scores in first half of 1200 Score, same is the scope of my occupation. So to fulfill the second part of the score Jobbank Registration is essential. But completion of this is an issue when the many asked misunderstandings in the original Q is still present.
